Had horrible customer service in the drive through. The woman was rushing me and acting as if I was inconveniencing her. There was only myself and one another in line. Didn’t give me my receipt and my order wasn’t correct. Only about half the order was correct. I could understand all this if they were busy, however that wasn’t the case. Will not come back to this location.

Went to this jack in the box on my lunch break and got 7 stuff jalapenos , 2 tacos and burger. I ask for extras ranch and was told they have to charge me .50 cent for extra ranch. Never had to pay for ranch on a order that is more then $12. Seems like this place nickel-and-dimes people. Never going back there again .Stay away from this location the burger was cold and dry as well.

Ordered from here through DoorDash, and my order kept getting reassigned about 4 times! so I called the store and they told me oh they can’t remake it because it count against our inventory! Ain’t no way a breakfast bowl and a coffee i ordered will make a big difference moral of the story didn’t get my food he said a dasher he gave it to took it but, couldn’t have if every dasher assigned had cancelled my order it had to been something with the restaurant now looking at reviews . First one popped up is a lady who placed online also and didn’t get her order, starting to think they just don’t do online orders. What he explained made no since. He even was nervous talking on the phone after I kept calling, 5th time and finally a answer. Don’t order here, take your business somewhere else who’s appreciative. I work to hard and wanted a meal before I sleep tonight.

Very bad service, I ordered a hamburger and they gave me another, I politely went to make the complaint "Since we are paying for good service" and the girl knows that it was her mistake, she didn't even apologize, she just said that she would have to pay the missing money They are supposed to work in customer service, her duty was to verify what the client asked for, and on top of that she didn't bother to give me the invoice,
