Was not impressed. Ordered #13, was supposed to be their version of a Cubano, wasn't even close. My grandsons were with me and neither of them came close to finishing their sandwich and the food wasn't cheap either! Won't be going back to this location again.

This was the best experience I have ever had at any place!!! I’m an Uber driver, my passenger has cancer he said he was hungry. I hadn’t eaten all day so I agreed to take him to eat at Jimmy John’s. This man is very fragile. They opened the door for us both before we were fully out of the car seeing my passenger with a walker. He fell attempting to gain entry (he’s ok), they assisted him up and to a table. I did not catch your names but you both were so amazing today!! Thank you for your help and kind hearts!!! I’ll come see y’all soon to get another yummy unsandwich!
First Jimmy John’s experience & enjoyed every bite!! Heard this joint was spot on & didn’t disappoint!! i normally love hot subs but Jimmy John’s is known for their cold subs. Def would be goin back to try some of their other items on their menu ???

One of the worst Jimmy John's I have been to. Lots of people working, but nobody smiled, everyone was quiet or almost sullen, and the service was slower than usual with no patrons present and no line. They asked an odd question when I ordered ny nunber 12 on wheat, never gave me the opportunity to enter my rewards program info, and then made my sandwich sloppily on the wrong bread. I am taking a break from Jimmy Johns after this stop.
We ordered two subs totally different from each other.One regular and the one was large , both minus an ingredient so they made the subs backwards,, as in the wrong sub was made large.The bottom inch and half on the small was empty breadIt really needed more meat for what we paid for it just made it expensive bread

Did Curbside delivery over the phone.
