As far as cleanliness and friendliness the store is at least a 5! When it comes to quality of sandwich I would not rank it any higher than a one. Unfortunately the amount of meat and the quality of meat is poor. The cost does not compare to what you receive.

Traveled to Dallas from Memphis. Ordered on door dash last night, sandwich was so got damn nasty. How can you not cook and season a sandwich right!?!! Worst sub sandwich I ever had in my life.

Over the years I've had Jimmy John's sandwiches and have always found a consistency for a fresh & quality made sandwich, until now. Both my wife's & my sandwiches were not fresh tasting, where the bread and all of the ingredients were NOT fresh & therefore not enjoyable whatsoever. Possibly the owner or the mgmt. are cutting costs and not following the corporate regimen. Recommend you SKIP this location!

Skimp on everything. My mobile orders never ready, no pickup spot for pickup orders. And they charge more than other stores. Avoid this one and go to another one. This is the last time for me.

Ok, so I have ordered from this location on several occasions without issue. Tonight, was a very different experience. We placed our order as we have done in the past, after following the tracking we saw that it had been delivered but it hadn't. We tried multiple times to call the store without answer so we tried to contact customer service to advise that our order hadn't been delivered. We tried one more time to call and finally someone answered advising our order was voided. Ok, we decided to order from somewhere else. 5 minutes after having placed our different order they delivered. We called Jimmy jones back to assure we weren't being charged since they had advised it wasn't coming and the transaction was voided. Tony, the person who answered the phone was rude and hung up. As the customer, I understand things happen, but you don't need to treat your customer rudely because of an issue on your end.

I ordered a veggie sandwich with some customizations and guess what, all it had was 80% lettuce and rest provolone cheese (wish I could post the pic). Horrible sandwich and service, wasted $17 on this, never ordering from this place again.

I ordered a sandwich online at the location 20 mins away from this one and it was $5.40. At this location the same sandwich was $6.99 BEFORE tax. Cheaper to order through google maps app if you HAVE to use this location.
