Our entire team orders from this location on a regular basis. Always correct and on time! Today we ordered catering for a team training. The sandwiches and wraps were a hit! The delivery team is always so personable.

While I am not a “chain” person, Jimmy John’s never lets me down! I have ordered from this location multiple times for delivery (group order) and the service, quality of food and accuracy of order is always “perfect”! I especially like the umwich option as I don’t eat bread very often. They even dropped a hand written thank you in this last order. Best sandwiches!!!

I just picked up a very large catering order and it was perfect. Order was perfect. Food was fresh and delicious! I had adsked if forks and everything were included and he said yes... and everything was! I only wish I had to option to choose delivery for catering order. I am not sure if it was because I placed the order before they opened or they dont offer for catering orders. Also, the sandwiches werent numbered, so I was unable to tell which is which and that would of been helpful for my employees to beable to choose which sandwich to get

Employees were nice. BUT... Sandwiches here are a dollar more than the Jimmy John's 1.8 miles away. Why? This franchise owner more greedy than the others? Jimmy John's doesn't regulate pricing for their franchisees? Interesting. I'll go down the street next time.

I love Jimmy John's but today it was not a good day to be a customer. I ordered ahead for pick up and when I got to the store all the doors were locked. And then finally after a few minutes a worker came up and unlocked the door and slightly opened it and asked if we had a pick up order. I had a pick up order, another gentlemen did not and was going to order once he got inside. Instead, the worker only let me in to get my sandwich and told the other guy she couldn't make his unless he ordered ahead

This was my experience that happened today at Jimmy Jones, my first and last time. Nothing is exaggerated unfortunately this was 110% what i experienced today. An employee was making sandwiches, on the right of the register his nose was dripping, and he continued to wipe his nose on the top of his glove. I told the guy who was taking my order this is my first time here and I am not comfortable with this guy making my sandwich he continues to wipe his nose on his glove and jacket. his boss asked him to remove his gloves and throw them in the trash". he flung (threw them) on the condiment station. An older Hispanic man picked his contaminated gloves up with a JJ paper and threw them in the trash. One white gentleman was calling me and referring to me as a Karen said this multiple times, " you are acting like a Karen". I said, really? The health dept, will see it differently. You are arguing with me, as you wiped your nose 3x making a sandwich holding a mustard knife, you are not wearing a hairnet or JJ hat to pull your hair back and you have no smock on. His comment was," what would you suggest"? I said,'' remove your gloves, go to the bathroom, take care of your running nose, sanitize your hands, come back out and resume your position. He said, really, I am busy. The argument went on for 12 mins minimum. The manager ( Adonai) was okay with this, clearly. He did not tell the employee to go in the back, nothing, he did not address the employee at all only to tell him to throw his dirty gloves in the trash, and he flung them onto the condiment station. This was my first time coming to Jimmy Jones and will be THE LAST. ** Flu season, strep and coronavirus is on high alert** and your employee has No regard for contamination clearly!* EVERYTHING IS TRUE AND IS ON CAMERA UNLESS FILM WAS ERASED, WHICH IS LIKELY AND UNFORTUNATE*** man in the back is the one who picked up the contaminated gloves and threw them in the trash**
