Bad location, I've had duplicate charges for a single order that never got refunded and it always takes an hour plus to receive food delivered.

Food is always good as expected with a simple sandwich. The lady that runs this place is awful, I come here allot because my office is next door. I have had a handful of awful experiences with this lady yelling at other customers and even her other employees. I thought she must be having a bad day but not anymore. Today as I left I said thanks for the sandwich and she just made a noise at me “mmmhuhhh” I wish there was another JJ nearby this lady ruins this one. If you’ve been here you know who I’m talking about

Small order at the counter sandwich shop in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Service was fast, friendly, and excellent. Sandwiches were very good. The prices are better then the completion. Definitely recommend.

Ordered delivery of a few 16" sandwiches from this location on the app. Delivery came quick as estimated, but the food was terrible. They completely failed the bread baking, and served this thin, tiny sandwich with dense, rock hard bread that wasn't big enough to even hold the ingredients. I'm pretty sure they cut out of a bunch of ingredients too based in the size of the sandwich. Unbelievable to charge over $16 a sandwich for this.I reached out to the store through the app / corporate but haven't gotten a response over a week later. I'm very disappointed, won't be going back again, and wouldn't recommend others to go back either unless they fix their issues.

Very mediocre sandwiches and wraps. If you are a vegetarian, you don't have many options. There are no condiments - they charge for spicy ranch!! Food is very bland! The veggies they put in the wrap are measley. I would rather go to Subway where the portion size is bigger and the price is also nominal.

Customer service sucks. Placed a delivery order through door dash (first time ever trying Jimmy John's) and after an hour of no update in the app, I finally called the store to ask when I could expect my order to be delivered. The guy was very short and rude and said that it's been sitting on my doorstep for half an hour. ??? No communication, no knock/ring, no update in the app, etc. And the sandwich sucked. Never again.

Card Machine always broken, least 3 or 4 times in last 3 months basically makes it impossible to order. Staff have a work around but they really don’t like using it “you have a choice order online or pay cash” get it once, maybe twice but…. Come onWheelchair accessibility: Accessible

Worst Jimmy Johns for delivery. They never have a driver and when they do, it's over an hour for a delivery 10 minutes away from their location. If you're looking to order lunch at work, forget it. It's faster to drive there or pick somewhere else. Never had a JJ this bad anywhere else - in multiple states.

I placed my order at 1:09pm. At 1:39pm I started calling the store to confirm my order was received. I tried to reach them for an hour and no one answered. At 2:59pm I went to the store to find that they were “under staffed” and that the people working there had been asking for help for months but the franchise owner wasn’t pushing to fill the positions. Sorry Jimmy John’s, but you failed to live up to your claims of serious delivery and your franchise owner gives all franchise owners a bad name.

Terrible service with rude employees. One was yelling at someone for simply using the bathroom (?!?!) and accused them of not being customers. This shop is in an area with zero homeless vagrants. The manager is clearly creating or allowing a toxic environment that’s bad for business. Stay away.
