The food is fire but they never seem to have spicy. The sign saying that they are out is always up but they had it once. Last time I went I asked just to verify and a young Asian male employee was very rude about it. Tried calling to avoid that and they won’t even pick up the phone. If you’re going to try this for the first time then go to the one near SMU. At least they know how to talk and keep items stocked.

I came in with my family, Monday April 8th at 6 pm. The entire crew was so mean and rushed us threw our entire order. We went back threw the line to get sauce and they let us stand there for 10 minutes before “helping” us. I’ve never experienced more cruel people in all of the places I’ve went to eat. We drove 3 1/2 hours to come here and they treated us like garbage. As a waitress I couldn’t sleep at night if I treated people they way that my family and I was treated. Also the entire store was full of dirty tables we cleaned ourselves.

I've been meaning to stop by and try this place for the longest. I finally went today. They were out of the spicy chicken joys so that was a bummer but I ended up getting the Deluxe spicy chicken sandwich instead. The sandwich breading was awesome. Good nice sized patty, well seasoned. That spicy sauce was flavorful but could have used a little more heat for my tastes. The fries were surprisingly good. They reminded me of the OG Burger King fries before they changed them. They were so good they didn't even need ketchup. $10.99 for the meal with fries and a drink. Need to go back for those spicy chicken joys tho.

Horrible food! The only good thing was the pie and pineapple quencher. The chicken was not cooked. Everything ended up in the trash. I'm very disappointed. It was super busy. I'm not sure if that is why they didn't cook the chicken well or what happened. I don't think I will give it a second try. The restrooms and tables were dirty.

Good chicken taste uses instant mashed potatoes which is an automatic turn off for me. They're other food is pretty good though. Would still recommend.

We submitted an online order for 3 meals. Pickup time was 12:04p per emailed receipt. We immediately headed to the location. We arrived a few minutes after the quoted pick up time.There were so many people waiting for their food but I was confident that they did not advance order....clearly I was wrong. We finally received our order at 12:42, almost 40 minutes late.We headed back to the hospital to deliver to a patient. The Aloha Chicken sandwich was surprisingly good. The French fries were limp and unimpressive.Unfortunately, though the chicken was good, the delay made it not worth the effort and the $42.17 we paid for 3 sandwich combos and a fried pie.Overall experience was negatively memorable.
