My daughter took my daughter to Kentucky round 10:12 pm to get chicken ,they were getting 2 different kind of chicken,the lady ( Supervisor let them know they had to wait 20 minutes, they said no they didn't want to wait, So she gave them what she had, unfresh chicken Original it was oldCrispy was old //Some of that old chicken had been setting up there, it was terrible,,

The lemonade and fries were good. I wasn't offered any dipping sauce. Went back and they redid the order. But NO SEASONING on the chicken it's so bland. And the biscuit was overcooked. I didn't go back for them to correct it for a 3rd time. Their food or service is NOT worth my time & $$.

worst of the worst location out of all KFC locations in the nation. They give out my order to unknown person and telling me they confirmed the order was gave it to my wife who is in hospital not able to drive at the moment. I and my wife move in to Plano area a year ago and we do not even have kid or any relative. I hope same thing happen to the lady who telling me "we gave it to the lady that is your wife"

Chicken is almost always fresh. This mean sometimes you have to wait. Floor is one of the better ones in DFW. Tables could be wiped down a bit more frequently, but aren't terrible. Staff is excellent though and orders are usually correct.Parking: Lots of free spots and next to very large parking area for trucks and trailers.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped spots across from door and ramp looks fairly easy to use.
Ordered an 8 piece nuggets and the girl only gave me 6. I wonder if it was an order to do that by the owner or if she was gathering to take some home with her. Either way, won’t be going back. Too bad because it’s so close to me.

Has the worst customer service, i went to get a unsweet tea and they gave me a sweet tea. and calling the store and manager is busy and has me on hold for more than 5 mins. Bad customer Service.
Got the spicy chicken sandwich and a large fry. Fries were hot but had a weird flavoring on them... kinda a turn off ngl but nothing a little sauce couldn't fix. Was very surprised by how delicious the chicken sandwich was. The spice is from the sauce not the batter which I wasn't expecting but the chicken was very crispy and bread is very yummy. A large fry is plenty for two to share.
