Last night 4/03/24 I ordered a pot pie and it was old. The crust was hard and crispy like a saltine cracker and the inside had dried out. When I noticed that it was no good I called the store 3 times and the phone rang constantly with no answer. I've been calling the store this morning with the same results.

Service manager was great help. He was shorthanded and took sometime to complete our orders. This time we found the chicken test was better than before we have eaten here. My card was charged twice but I got credit next day. Children love this place.
Beatriz was amazing with her customer service and got everything right on my order on 11/21/23. The food was good quality and tasted great. Definitely coming back here!

The worst ever I have never gone to KFC and gotten bad service please tell me why the wings I brought was oldWhen I turned around to bring them right back the manager gave me so much hell says that he would take me wings that I touch and put them back in the greaseAt that point I wanted my money backThat’s nasty to take someone’s food from them and put it back in the greaseI was just about to not them so that mean they touched my mouth I told him that in the middle of Covid-19 your taking food that o put in my mouth and your going to put them in grease that your using and refry them and he told me that they will not give me my money back it was crazy wild that let’s me know to tell the world just how nasty KFC at 8609 Ohio dr Plano,tx is just that nasty
