This is a great chocolate shop with huge candy apples up front and ice cream in the back. We just came for ice cream, and received a generous half and half scoop which was more than enough. Next time we will be trying some of the candies they make as everything looks delicious.

I always love going to Kilwins, and I love their dark chocolate covered orange peels and dark chocolate salted caramel apples.This particular trip, I came in to fix an issue that occurred at a different location. The manager, Dorothy, was very sweet and she stopped at nothing to ensure my issue was fixed. I definitely walked out of there feeling very well taken care of.

I love everything about this Kilwin's in Plano. The people that work here are amazing and pulled off a Christmas miracle for me. Placed a large order for their delicious caramel apples right before Christmas and these wonderful, friendly folks totally came through for me. Transaction was seamless and my family loved the apples! They were firm, crisp and the caramel was creamy and sweet. Huge THANK YOU to these folks and this store! We will definitely be back again and again.

Stopped by here for a quick dessert after having dinner in the same area. It was late so there was only 1 other customer. Nice lady behind the counter immediately asked if I needed help. There were a lot of options from ice cream, homemade chocolate, fudge, gift boxes, etc...Wanted to try a few things, so ordered a scoop of ice cream, buckeye chocolate, and a chocolate dipped Nutter Butter. There's no sitting area inside, so enjoyed the ice cream on a bench outside. Ice cream was very good, creamy, and not overly sweet. My favorite was the Buckeye as it was a good mix of peanut butter and chocolate.Nice place for a sweet indulgence with plenty of options.
