The foods is amazing and the desserts, everytime I go I want to buy one of everything. The owner is always so very nice when we go in and explains what the foods are with smile on his face. I always feel welcome when I go in to eat!!!

This place is fairly new, but I really like it. The Cream Warbat are great. I also tried halawit aljubn. It was amazing and surprisingly light.

We came for the dessert and coffee. I had the warbat, sweet pastry and cream, and it was DELICIOUS... melted in my mouth. I also had Turkish coffee, which in general, is not my favorite coffee, but I had to have it to keep with the environment theme. Arab dessert calls for it We also ordered the Ferraro Mousse, very good and sweet, so be prepared for the sweetness. Restaurant is small inside, and it was packed at 9:30 PM. They also have patio seating, which had plenty of room; and it was a great night with the breeze. Looking forward to bringing friends here for more dessert, coffee, and the Dallas breeze.

Driving on the highway of Dallas, we spotted a cafe named knafeh. We exited to have some lunch. The place is still somewhat new and so perhaps that's why the cafe looked empty- meaning there was not much food out or any presentation. But we ordered our food and waited, and waited, and waited. 20 minutes into it we asked what was taking so long- apparently oven was still warming up - not sure why it was warming up when place was already open for over 45 minutes. We finally go our food- a good 40 Minutes after ordering- and we were the only ones there. Food was just ok. We ordered zattar and zattar with cheese. Presentation was beautiful, but it lacked in taste. Zattar has no flavor and was drenched in oil. Owner was super sweet and I know it's still a new place- hopefully things will be better with time.
