I've eaten at their steakhouse, which is top-notch! Had a great meal here, too! Came in with a buddy for a late lunch. The joint was almost empty, so we were seated quickly. Our waiter was also the bartender. We were treated as if we were the only ones there and had great service.I had the pork belly sandwich with chilie verde fries, which were amazing. He had a plane burger and said it was delicious. I'll definitely be back!

I thought I would give this place a try. I read the reviews after I had booked and was then having second thoughts. However I am so glad I didn’t cancel the reservation and choose somewhere else. The staff were very welcoming on our arrival, the etiquette for a top end steak restaurant was spot on. Above all the food was great. I had a peppered fillet steak with a few sides which we all shared. Everyone else in the party enjoyed the meal. I have got to admit the steak was probably one of the best steaks I had ever had. I would most certainly return to this restaurant, and I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting.

First visit and excited to try it! The bar and restaurant were relatively quiet for a Saturday night and Restaurant Week. Lots of staff mulling around. Decor is simple, heavy tables - etc. After sitting down, a server came around with a tray of bread - LOVE bread - much to our surprise - it tasted days old.. Wine list is limited by the glass. Cocktail (old fashioned) was perfect..great - things are looking up! Husband ordered the Boneless Strip au Poivre"(peppercorn crusted) medium rear "plus" - the server had NO idea what that meant (at a steakhouse?) - "Fresh Red Snapper with lemon butter" for me. Food came timely - steak cooked to perfect temp - however, it was tough - so hungry he ate it reluctantly - hoping the next bite would be better. In addition to being not flavorful, the snapper had the brown bloodline on the base. Asparagus was the best thing on the plate - and the small amount of crab was tasty. The three tiny potatoes" were bland, soggy logs... The nutty thing is when I asked for lemons for my fish - server went to the bartender who pulled sitting lemons from his trough (who else's hands were all over those lemons), put them in the server's hand, who then put them on a dish and brought it to me. Gross. A lingering man approached our table after we were ready to leave and asked how it was - I said "it was OK" and he said - "just OK, we never hear that"... I wanted to say "IT WAS HORRIBLE! He slipped away. Everything we ate can be can be found in better versions just down or up the road at any other North Texas steak house.

The 45 day aged steak had a chemical preservative flavor or something perhaps lighter fluid, very odd, chewy and tough. It was hard to get the taste out of my mouth latter and the sides were quite poor as well. Other than the cost, I'm more baffled than upset.

These tacos are unique and made to order. My colleague and I stopped in for a quick lunch and were served in plenty of time, we each had two tacos - I had mine with corn tortillas. I'm sad to say I don't recall the exact type of tacos yet all i can tell you is EAT HERE. Velvet Taco does not disappoint!

I came to Legacy Hall last night and I never drink due to my epilepsy, I order my first drink ever I just turned 21 a couple weeks ago, I have the same ID from when I was 18 due to it not expiring until I’m 25, they believe it’s fake and call security. I tell them it’s my real driver’s license and I didn’t want a drink anymore I just wanted my ID, so they get the cops involved and they leave to talk somewhere and the manager comes back and tells me it’s fake and they were going to keep it, as I’m leaving I go to the Friendly Police Officer and ask him if he thinks it’s actually fake, he tells me that it is real and they just don’t want to serve me… HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and never coming back. just wanted to enjoy my one night vacation.

Went for lunch. Burger was ok. Onion rings and Cesar salad was outstanding. Great service. Also have Coke from Mexico. Will return

Excellent service, the hamburger is one of the best I've ever had, real meat, nothing fake or artificial, they met my expectations!

I went with high hopes, but this place was pretty disappointing. The burgers are not good. The fries taste like salted cardboard.

These burgers are excellent and are sourced locally. This place is located where the new area of the mall is at, right beside the steakhouse.

This review is not on the food but the atmosphere there is NO A/C period, NO MOVING FANS. IT WAS 90 DEGREES in Legacy Hall around 5:45, 7/7/2021. If it is hot for the customers think about the staff. From my understanding per the staff it has been out for months no date on repair, they stopped using fans due to the cost a few weeks ago. It is Miserable for all. If you have never worked in thee food/beverage/service industry you understand, but even as a customer its just awful. Hopefully this will get fixed soon.

Food option are great, but nothing out of the world experience Location is a 5 star, lovely shops, ample parking and a high end experience Seating areas are very well laid out so even though the place was crowded, plenty seating was available Very nice experience for sure

Don't come to Legacy Hall, especially for concerts. My wife and I have been coming to the shops frequently and for years. We've decided after an encounter with security we're not coming any longer. We'll stay at the Renaissance, eat and shop at a few places, but we're done with Legacy Hall, especially for concerts. Insufficient parking Shoulder to shoulder inside and out Long lines for everything Everything is grossly overpriced so you might as well eat at Del Frisco's. To top it off, when you pay general admission for a cover band concert, because all tables we're sold out, GA is either sitting on the ground right below the stage or standing on the sidewalk. You can't sit on the astro turf because if you stand up, you might block the view of some folks at the higher dollar tables. "They paid more than you." I'd pay you twice what they did to shut your pie hole and leave us alone. There was tons of space, but it's assumed you won't remain seated and if you get up you'll disturb the betters. Management and organization of this place is so stupid. They could have color coded some areas, they could map it out better on their site (their site sucks), they could have something highlighted in the ticket confirmation email, or they could reorganize their area. All these tribute bands play the circuit frequently, and Lava Cantina, The Harbor, House of Blues and many other places far better than this are just down the road. We've seen all these bands in about half a dozen locations. Save yourself lots of hassle unless you've just got to come to uppity Legacy West.
