So disappointed! The best part of this restaurant was the robot delivering drinks. Our 3 year old was obsessed. Unfortunately, none of the sushi was very good at all. The rice does not taste close to fresh, the fish was all room temperature, chewy (what?) and flavorless.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Always have fresh sushi. Ive never had anything i didn’t like. I will say that I’ve gone a couple times and the sushi bar is not fully stocked. No matter though because you can order it straight from the belt! The floors are sticky but the bathrooms are clean! Staff is friendly!

This was super fun for the kids. Can get pricey, as they just grab things without looking what it is.

The sushi is masterfully crafted, and the flavors are spot on. I'd recommend ordering some of the hand rolled options, they are to die for! The robot drink server is a fun touch, too!

The kids loved the whole revolving conveyor belt concept. It’s a fun take on a normal sushi meal. The food was fresh and delicious. The food is humble and comforting — not the absolute best but of a high quality. With the modest prices, I highly recommend this place.
I'm curious do ppl pay tips since our waiters are robot and no services needWe paid online too. No service means don't have to pay tips?

Quality fell off a cliff after one year in business. So basicslly yrs ago. Plates are filthy and the bottoms are all covered with grease. Sushi is all prepared seemingly ages ago and refrigeratrd because the outside of the fish is frequently dry and leathery, especially for items like the yukhoe. Honestly all the unique items like the yukhoe are no longer circulated and you have to order it specially. And as I mentioned even then it is not fresh. The items circulated are increasingly americanized and coating with gross mayoey sauces. Only a matter of time before theyre topped w velveeta and cheeto dust or battered, deep fried and covered e chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Service is frequently just bad. Seems like a bunch of teenage kids who are more interested in socializing. Wont even come to fill up your water umprompted. Not worth the price anymore. The one in carrollton is fresher, but then the downside is having to go to a dump like carrollton.Have some self respect and go to ebesu in dt plano.

If I could rate zero stars I would. We used to come here all the time, and we finally came back for the first time in awhile and were so disappointed. We waited 10 minutes for our drink, and when we finally got someone to come over to us the waiter had an attitude and said “well you have to enter it in the iPad” which we did and he said “well we didn’t get it.” Then when we tried to eat, our dishes for soy sauce were still dirty from whoever came before us, and the soy sauce bottle was empty. It took another 7 minutes for someone to come over and then refill the bottle, which then promptly broke when we tried to use it. Next when I finally got a plate of sushi, it was gritty like there was sand in it. And everyone who worked there hardly took any accountability, and just kept making up excuses without really apologizing for our experience. At this point we were finally fed up and kept trying to get our check, which we kept asking for and requesting through the iPad and they weren’t bringing it. It was almost like they were just trying to force us to stay. We were at the point where we nearly walked out the door without paying for the one appetizer we ate and the drinks. Which I honestly wish we did because that was not worth a single penny. This completely ruined our date night. We will never be returning.
