Staff was dead. I mean like walking dead. No smiles, no frowns, no acknowledgement of customers. Tables were dirty. Ordered two soups and it took way longer than it should. Will not go back to this location. Corporate needs to have a talk with this team

Love Madeleine.but before was more cozy ,food was better atmosphere was French with French music, the food going down at Preston and Parker. The employers is not like before ,welcoming.They are so cold and like a robots....People get out from home to contact human been . I didn't feel that there this time. Sorry is my very sincere observation, cose' I love Madelaine.

The pastries are excellent but the Service gets two stars (would’ve been only one star but the cashier was nice and helpful). The lady who fulfilled my order shorted me a pastry and had a negative attitude (without saying a word she made me feel unwelcome….hence the one star for atmosphere). The lady literally wouldn’t talk to me when she was boxing my pastries and at one point dismissed what I said and told me, “I’m speaking to her”….her meaning the cashier. What a disappointing way to start my day; I almost returned my order on the spot! Bad way to do business!!!!

Avoid! Service was very slow. They didn't get our order right so my husband didn't get any food. When we tried to speak to the manager he bid us a good evening and walked away. Did not ask about the situation or try to fix it. Bad customer service!

Sad to see this location get the remodeling treatment that is kind of ruining the look and feel of La Madeleine. Looks quite a bit cheapened and down-market now. They got rid of the solid wood tables and replaced them with laminates. Painted the timbers white (ugh). The white tile will be dated when there's a backlash against this aesthetic that appeals to basic people. It's like someone watched a bad episode of HGTV and wanted to flip things with bad design choices. The saving grace is what they didn't do, or else it could have been worse, like all monochrome colors.
