What I say, I came in for a nightcap after eating way too much fabulous pizza across the street bartender made me a stellar Negroni. It was all I had, all wanted, it was great!

Staying a couple nights for work at the Nylo. First visit to the Loft they were busy and waited way too long to even be acknowledged. Second night was slower and delighted by the service I received by Jonathan. Topped off by one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. Thanks to Tommy and Richard. Loved the check in personal touch by Tommy!

Decent restaurant located inside the NYLO hotel that has decent food and drink specials but also their regular price isn't too bad either. We stopped by for their June 2022 drink special while staying at NYLO. Got a bottle of rose for $21! Just wished that it wasn't served on ice in a plastic food tub. Do they not have metal buckets like most bars do? I also recommend ordering a side of fries! They're seasoned and delicious!!

Food is outstanding. The burgers and fries are to die for. Chris the server and bartender is the friendliest guy ever. Catch them for their daily specials. Fridays has $16 burger and beer for $16 and it's a pretty much a gourmet burger and garlic fries. Yummmmy. The Brussels sprouts, candy jalapeño Toast, and shrimp with fried green tomatoes are delicious. And don't forget to get the bread pudding for dessert. Soft and crispy, with plenty of ice cream to top it off The drinks are perfect. Get the spicy margarita or the old fashion, made with love and joy. Great service, food and drinks. What else can you ask for?

This is a cool atmosphere and great happy hour specials, especially if you are staying at this hotel. Our server Jayce was really nice and attentive. The bartender was very accommodating and offered to taste a wine to make sure we approved. We ate the Ghost pepper flatbread and the margarita flat bread. The ghost pepper did burn the lips a little but only briefly. I enjoyed it. The wine pours were not cut short due to happy hour. The decor was contemporary but most of the seating was older and refurbished but comfortable. We were there from 4:30-6:30 and my husband finished some work and we were able to enjoy conversation as there is a lot of square footage and you are able to find a spot where you won't be interrupted.

Cobb Salad plentiful but the Dressing was too hot for me. Not a bad salad, just too hot for me. My wife had the wings and enjoyed them. This is an upscale hotel bar with food offerings, not a real restaurant.

I live the decor here. It has a nice swanky adult flare and instagrammers probably would have a field day with it. Service he has been hit or miss. Sometimes it's really quick and other times it takes 30 minutes to even get noticed. Prices are kinda high for what you get.

The one star review is for service, but everything after that is just not worth the time, for one drinks are priced at uptown prices, for a Tito's and red bull, it's $10.00 for the Tito's and then $2.00 extra for the splash of red bull, am I in uptown or what ? They don't sell drinks that spiked down there even. If your lounging in the pool area, there are kids jumping around till 10pm. It's quite and chill to lounge but the prices for drinks are ridiculously over priced. For a local beer that's draft, they charge $7.00 which is still high. Not worth the visit.

First and foremost, it is a hotel bar that serves food. There is no host, we walked in and told the bartender we had reservations and she looked at us like she had no idea what we were talking about and said "sit anywhere". Anywhere is one of 5 or 6 tables in front of the bar. There was a business mixer going on and it was crazy loud and cramped. The interior walls are concrete, for an industrial look, which makes no concession for loud noise muffling. Our waiter was the bartender, who was nice enough. And what we ordered came out as ordered so that's good. We ordered iced tea to drink and he seemed annoyed at first and then we discovered why. They have no iced tea and he was brewing hot tea and was going to pour it over ice for us. Which I found very accommodating, rather than just saying they didn't have it. We just took the tea hot, which was totally fine. The food was good. We had a build your own burger and the club sandwich. To me, it is somewhere to grab food if you are staying in the hotel itself. With so much great food/restaurants around Plano there's just no reason to waste a meal here.
