I love Longhorn! It's a great restaurant. The food, service, and atmosphere are great! I am a pescetarian now, so I no longer eat my favorite thing here, which is the spicy chicken bites. I definitely recommend them, though. I get the salmon with the sauce from the spicy chicken bites on the side, so I'm not completely missing out. Lol.

Today was the first time I was disappointed. My steak was overpowered with pepper and fries cold. . Now, on the other hand, my daughter found a hair in her food. Yeah, that was it. The manager said it may be from the corn husk. Told him no, it's not. it's a hair. Ok, they made new food had to wait for it but whats really sad .never took anything of the bill sadly..

Good food, but the table is a bit dirty and the utensils i got had to be changed because the steak knife wasnt clean. But overall, good food, fast service and decent price.

My family and I waited 40 minutes for a table. Once we where seated and ordered our food, 3 out of 4 plates of food made it to the table luke warm. We sent the plates back to get hot food and was assured the entrées would come fresh. Only to receive the same plates again and not freshly made as stated. While waiting on our main courses to be returned, I asked twice for my baked potato to be warmed and was also told by the manager one would also be make fresh but received the same baked potato for a 3rd time. Thankfully Mandi G. was very polite. Needless to say I will be contacting corporate about the terrible service my family and I experienced.
