I wish I could give them 0 stars. First off I called to make sure I was in the proximity of the area for delivery and the phone went mute so I called back. I didn’t realize this was the store I ordered from until after I place my order that also has still not arrived and it’s 9:39 pm. I ordered at 7:54 pm. I’m extremely upset. Due to the communication I’ve called over 10 times and still nothing and the tracker doesn’t even work properly it’s been in “pizza construction “ for the last hour and half I’m at work so I’ve been trying to call to give the building as I’m looking out for the delivery.

We have been patrons for an extended period, but currently, we are dissatisfied. The pizza is not to our liking as it seems excessively oily, making it difficult for us to consume. Additionally, we ordered 15 servings of boneless parmesan chicken, but only 10 of them are of an acceptable size; the remaining 5 are exceedingly small, barely meeting the count.

I should have known better. Not only would a store-bought pizza have been faster but a third the price. Note the pictures. Not only is this greasy mess ridiculous but on top of it had lots of parchment paper stuck into the baked crust. I guess they were too busy to remove it. I didn't feel very comfortable giving any more to my daughter God knows what else goes on there.Will not order again

I don't get the great reviews, the pizza here is terrible! I took a chance because of the great reviews. I thought Marco's was gas station pizza, but.....yeah, it is absolutely gas station pizza. That is fine if you are at a gas station and just need something to eat quickly. But WHY would anyone order this and go get it instead of pretty much anywhere else? It was also expensive! Expensive for freaking gas station pizza! It has zero flavor. The order was correct.
This pizza is absolutely delicious and fresh. I ordered a large extra pepperoni original crust, with tomatoes and green olives. I ordered this pizza on Thursday night and it is now Sunday evening and the pizza is still so yummy. I’ve just been warming it up in the microwave out of the box and takes like it did on the first day. I recommend this location as I haven’t tried the others. But the pizza is really delicious for a chain store!

I go to this location about twice a week for carry-out pizza.Excellent pizza, much better tasting than the local competitors.With the coupon provided, always a good value.The service of the employees has been fantastic each and every time.All friendly, fast, efficient and genuinely enjoy their jobs..AAA++++

Every time I order from this Marcos (over the past 6 months), they cannot get my order right. Today I wanted to do the Magnifico Hot Honey Large for $10.99…. The coupon link/code for this specific store would not work. I had to find a work around which was annoying, but it’s technology issues.When I was able to place my order and it was delivered via doordash (no, I did not order through doordash so it was weird they delivered my food), I went for a slice and the Hot Honey was missing. What on earth! That is the reason I chose this pizza!No, I did not fall the store because I’m tired of fighting for them to get my order right. It’s not that hard.The pizza is decent, but not what I ordered. The status alerts from the store were about 20 minutes off from when I actually got my food. The website is extremely frustrating (only for this store). Ohhhh and the ability to do a survey is MIA. The receipt has the option on the back and references you to the front of the receipt, but that information is no longer available.It’s really disappointing because this store was amazing when it opened and only seems to get more flaky. I’ll drive to do carry out at other Marcos before I let this store disappoint me yet again.
