We have never had worse service and it's unfortunate. The waitress was abrupt. She wrote our order down, but did not get it right. I asked for dressing on the side. It was mixed in. My friend asked for no jalapeño and it was on top. The real kicker though is my friend had walnut shells in her salad! That could have taken a tooth out!!!! The chef came out and said “so, what is wrong with your salad?” And when my friend explained. His response “oh they come out of a bag - sorry” That was it......nothing else. We had to beg for water. Such a letdown. We were celebrating my friends birthday. What a dud that lunch was. Actually it was the staff. Ugh

It had been a few years since I had eaten at the Mariposa, but it was just as good as I remember it. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious. The inside of the restaurant could use a facelift, but the service and food were excellent.

Neiman Marcus Mariposa Restaurant at The Shops of Willow Bend is the perfect place for a celebration, business meeting, or with your family. The NM Menu offers something for everyone and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Worth going just for the popovers and strawberry butter!! Try the parmesan crusted chicken or Stanley Marcus pot roast!

Such a great lunch to start off the new year. The restaurant was beautiful, especially with all of the holiday decorations still up. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. What else can you ask for?? Love Mariposa❤️
We go every year for lunch after Christmas. Usually so fun. This time was not normal. The hostess was not welcoming. The serving staff seemed frazzled, not smiling or friendly. Several customers left without ordering. When I said something to our server, he started smiling finally. Obviously they need more staff or help.

My best friend and I met here for our annual Christmas gift exchange, and we've been here numerous times. It's one of our favorite spots for lunch, and this visit definitely didn't disappoint. The restaurant is decorated beautifully and we had a reserved table in the corner since I had made reservations online beforehand. Our server, Kristen, was kind, attentive, and professional. We will definitely be back!
The Mariposa dining room is always clean and bright. My one complaint was the noise level. Granted, the room was full, but it was difficult to have a conversation. Food was tasty and service was exceptional. Always love celebrating special occasions there.

It was a delight to discover that the restaurant maintained its stellar 5-star quality in terms of menu, service, and ambiance, just as I remembered from my previous visits. I was particularly grateful to see that the Mandarin Orange Souffle Salad was still part of the menu; it's a testament to the restaurant's commitment to consistency, a rare trait in today's dining scene. Kudos to Mariposa for maintaining their high standards!

Been going to Mariposa for a get long time but after COVID everything changed..service went down & always seemed there was never enough help. Went yesterday to celebrate sisters birthday but was uneventful. Only 2 servers & restaurant somewhat busy with a large woman's birthday event. Didn't even get to have dessert. No manager around.. very disappointing.

What a great gem on the 3rd floor at Neiman Marcus. The popovers are so fresh and good! The salads awesome and it has top notch staff. Was a great place for lunch.
