They forgot half our food. We couldn’t go back that day because we were taking care of our sick family. Came back and I was told well it’s not our problem you had to come back the same day. No apology, nothing just “hey we stole from you and it’s your job to make sure we do ours.”

Consistency late on the estimated time for pickup orders, over 10 min sometimes . And they don't use the pickup station anymore for some reason. Order may be ready but they don't acknowledge people waiting until several minutes later. Needs improvement on the service

Half the tables were full of dishes. All including the bathroom trash was over flowing.
We used to live right down the street from this location (less than a year ago- pre renovation), and I would stop by everyday after work for a tea with my tea pass. Quick, easy, super fast. When managers Chris and Allison were there they were extremely personable and kind. Just made the whole restaurant feel different.My husband and I ( & baby) stopped by while in town the other night for an early dinner. We ordered and sat down. High chairs were behind the register counter so we had to ask (which was awkward with a line of people). We waited about 15 minutes for our food which is fine but our food came out cold. (We both ordered spuds) My 1 year old’s pb&j was still frozen.I don’t know if it’s management or staff but this location has gone downhill after the renovation. I absolutely love McAlister’s but this location’s quality of service & food has gone down a lot.

I was really impressed with the quality of the food, served to you after ordering at the counter on ceramic plates. Everyone I spoke to working there was extremely outgoing and curtious.I haven't heard of this restaurant and only stopped because I was hungry and traffic was bad, but extremely happy I did stop.It seemed under priced for what I got, and will stop in the future when looking for a sandwich shop type place.

Manager was very rude! As a manager, I expected more of great customer service from the guy, but instead he seemed very nonchalant and careless as if he didn’t want to service me. Hopefully he doesn’t treat all his customers like this.
