Really hate to make bad reviews but the way I was treated at this establishment over a 1$ drink left me in tears . I ordered a drink on my lunch break no food just 1 ice tea I ordered on the app. When I got to the restaurant they couldn't find my order and asked me to park Alejandra the manager came out and asked me to write down my order number and told me I would have to purchase another drink because my order was cancelled? Mind you this was after I showed her on the app my order , I have had problems several times with ordering on the app ONLY AT THIS MCDONALD'S idk if they clear the order before you get there but somehow they ALWAYS lose my order.they refused to give me my drink I asked Alejandra the name of her manager she repeatedly pointed at her name tag and told me there was no manager over her. They basically treated me as if I was trying to steal A SWEET TEA! As a black woman I felt embarrassed and this situation felt racially motivated after waiting 30 mins they found my receipt and Alejandra handed me a cup no apology or anything to which I responded no thank you I'd like a refund. I was late getting back to work on my lunch break and just felt really upset about the situation for the rest of the day . Please skip this McDonald's especially if you are pressed for time

Love McDonald’s but this location needs to take more care in order management. The drive thru line takes longer than usual. They need to tell cars with complex orders to park on the side. We ordered 5 items and only received 3, we realized after we had left and they didn’t answer the phone when we called.

I used to frequent the McDonald’s on 121 in Lewisville however I moved and this is the closest one on my morning commute to work. This location never fails to mess up an order or try to hand me someone else’s order then I have to wait anywhere from 5-10min for my order (Drive thru) I hate complaining especially about fast food but every week it’s an issue.

Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING about this McDonald's is TRASH! Damn near every employee acted like they couldn't be bothered when I asked a question. There was no one at the registers and when there were ppl there they continued to ignore the customer! I worked in fast food in my teens and 20s and even that young I knew that ppl spending their hard earned money wanted what they pay for. I just had a bad experience here hopefully yawls will be better.

I'm wondering if they are actually serving me the decaf coffee I order or are they serving caffeinated coffee, which makes me ill. Two times recently I ordered decaf, but got the sick feeling symptoms I only get if I drink caffeine. I hope management stresses that caffeine can really make some people feel horrible so it's important not to mix up decaf and caffeine drinks.

I only go here at the request of my grandkids. The food at McDonalds is not what it was years ago. My guess is they will blame inflation, but burgers are smaller ie buns are smaller, meat is tasteless and thiner than the slice of tomato. French fries are not as good as the were and often luke warm. Over $20 for two kids meals and one order for Cheeseburger meal with 3 shakes? Half the food for twice the cost?This is a corporate problem not store related.
It’s McDonald’s what do you expect? I’ve asked for honey with my nuggies every time and I’m not sure if they even have it anymore as I’ve never received it they just throw in whatever flavor they like at that moment but whatever it’s still nuggies.

The attendant flat out told me to go sit in a numbered spot while there was nobody behind me so they could cheat their timer.Great metric.. great way to fool yourselves that you're doing a good job. Hope everyone at corporate was thrilled with your averages.Don't waste your time with this poorly managed location.
