Always some tasty treats here! We stopped in and had the Ice with Taro, Peanuts, and Boba and it was super tasty. It was a good size for the price and satisfying. We also had the Red Bean soup which was great as well. This was my first time trying one of the hot dishes and it was a treat to have both a hot and an ice dish. Super fun dessert spot if you are in the area!

I've been to many Meet Fresh locations and this one is pretty standard / ok. We ordered two desserts. I had my usual tofu pudding with peanuts and hubby ordered tofu pudding with red bean. Both were as expected. I wish they have a separate ginger syrup bottle that customers can add on their own and also have different portion sizes. But those are just personal preferences. We went on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't too busy (there were several open tables) but every table needed a wipe down (tables and even chairs were a bit sticky or had leftover bowls). Maybe we caught them right after a rush? I'd still go again if I am in the area and craving tofu pudding dessert, but there are competitions so hoping Meet Fresh can up their game in keeping the dining area clean and fresh.

Finally..a legit replacement for May’s. If it’s traditional Chinese dessert you’re looking for..this is the place. Lots of herbal jelly desserts, but the almond jelly is the star of the show. They will run out of it sometimes so don’t go too late!

This place used to be OK but now a total rip off for the quality of food and service you get for their inflated price. I ordered a hot red bean soup (with taro balls, taro and boba - item B) and it was an underwhelming bowl of disappointment. The red bean “soup” turned out to be a red bean flavored sugar water (I’m sorry, calling this a ‘soup’ is seriously an overstatement considering how watered down it was) with a mere 2 pieces of small cooked taro and few bobas. Umm $10+ for this?! I understand things dont always look like the photos but this one was just awful.. lacking in taste AND in quantity. (I realized that someone below also left a similar disappointing review as me)To make matter worse, I immediately noticed that my bowl was missing taro balls** and after checking the menu twice, I walked up to the side counter to ask the staff and she carelessly handed me a styrofoam bowl with 6 small taro balls. No acknowledgment , apologies or anything. If you don’t pay attention to what you ordered, you might just end up with a wrong order or an incomplete bowl in which you fully paid for. Please train your staff better.I want to support local asian businesses but Meet Fresh Plano is no longer one of them due to their lacking quality + service…

5/7. I feel like each option on the menu should be evaluated individually since they have such a wide selection of desserts. With that said, I'm a sucker for shaved ice so I had to review that. I had the Taro Paste Volcano Shaved Ice. The first half was brilliant and easily a 7/7 as far as shaved ice is concerned. My main issue was that towards the end it turned into a bit of an unappetizing slush. Even so, I would highly recommend this shaved ice and I plan to go back to try their other shaved ice options.

I go here every week to buy desserts! I bought four desserts today! I asked the shop assistant boy for a milk companion and he asked me to pay 0.25 for one! Not even before! This shop assistant's attitude is also not good!

Haven’t been in a while and today visit reminds me why, always forget the extra things that we ordered and paid for, even if it’s only 25c but it happen every time , so if you order extra anything double check

My god this is the best shaved ice place I have ever had. It's not too sweet and the textures of all their toppings are JUST THE BEST. TEA BASED SHAVED ICE: This is semi sweet tea shaved ice and I love it. You don't get any overwhelming sweetness and it's like drinking tea but in a shaved ice form. THE TOPPINGS: This is where it gets even better. The toppings are always great in texture. I love the taro balls and other gelatinous toppings. They are all semi sweet and leave you wanting more. I love this place and I would easily make it my #1 go to dessert spot.

First time here and I really enjoyed it! I got the Ube milk shaved ice and my mom got the Q mocha & almond pudding. Total price was $18 for 3 people! (My sister and I shared) Vibes are great, fun place to socialize with friends. Can order at the front or at the kiosk. I highly recommend!

Meet fresh has been a favorite of mine for years, this was my first time at the Plano location. Since we checked in on yelp we got a 10% discount but the employees at the cash register were quite confused about it and gave us some pushback on it. Our order came out in two parts, the employees told us that the hot drinks needed 5-6 minutes but it was not until about 15 minutes later when we went up to them to ask them about our orders did they go to the microwave and retrieve our forgotten drinks. Service could be much better. Overall the food was pretty standard compared to the other locations.

I can’t stop thinking about how tasty Meet Fresh is and want to go back. It was our first time trying Taiwanese dessert and the kids loved it too. Service was great as soon as we walked into the place and the food was amazing. Highly recommend.

I have always come here to order the same dessert, but in the past month, I’ve noticed a downgrade in the quality and customer service.I ordered the Hot Red Bean Soup Signature. While I was ordering, I asked if I could put in my number for the points and the cashier rudely gave me the screen so I can enter my phone #.Even though I put in the number, the points did not transfer. (Cashier code : 6991, in case the owner wants to check who he is)I decided to leave it be, but when I got my dessert, I was very disappointed. The presentation was completely different than what was shown on the menu. It looked very sloppy and there was more soup than toppings. For something that costed $8.75, you’d think it’d be better. When brought this up at the counter, the girl mockingly told me that that’s the way it was served. As someone who had been frequenting this establishment for a couple of years, my experiences this past month have been incredibly disappointing. From running out of ingredients to make a bubble waffle, long waits, a decrease in quality, and poor customer service, I’ve decided to stop coming here.TO THE OWNER : Please hire someone who has courtesy to the customers, not an arrogant boy and arrogant girl that served me today .!!!

Service is okay, considering they are so busy. Food is always enjoyable. They probably need more help; tables are not always cleaned, and sometimes they lack silverware, but this place is one of a kind. There isn't anywhere else in dfw that specializes in these desserts.

Total disappointment. Tried the hot red bean soup with taro balls. First, it was not hot. It was lukewarm at best. I ate it right outside the store in my car in the parking lot. Second, it was so watered down. There were barely any red beans in my soup!! In fact, there seemed to be more taro balls in my soup than actual red beans! Total waste of calories. Should've listened to the other yelp reviews.
