Menchie’s froyo is very clean; the flavors were a bit too out of the ordinary. The flavors were focus to attract a younger crowd. The flavors were too sweet.

Yogurt is runny. Toppings are packed in individuals cups, which forces you to get more than you actually want. Poor variety of toppings.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Menchie's Frozen Yogurt in Plano, TX and I must say, I was thoroughly disappointed. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that this place was overpriced and not worth the hype.First of all, let's talk about the pricing. Menchie's prides itself on the "weigh and pay" concept, where you pay based on the weight of your frozen yogurt. Sounds fair, right? Wrong. The prices here are absolutely outrageous. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the total on my receipt. It felt like I was paying a premium for a mediocre frozen yogurt experience. Not only is Menchie's overpriced, but the quality of the frozen yogurt itself is subpar. The flavors were bland and lackluster, with none of them standing out as particularly delicious. I tried a few different flavors, hoping to find something that would redeem this place, but it was all just meh. It felt like I was eating frozen yogurt from a generic grocery store, not from a supposedly reputable frozen yogurt chain. To make matters worse, the selection of toppings at Menchie's was underwhelming. There were only a few basic options available, and nothing that really stood out as unique or exciting. I felt like I was at a kids' birthday party, rather than a place that prides itself on offering a variety of toppings to satisfy all tastes.Lastly, the atmosphere of Menchie's was lackluster. The seating area was cramped and uncomfortable, with no real effort put into creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment. I felt like I was just another customer in a long line of people shuffling through, rather than a valued guest. All in all, Menchie's Frozen Yogurt in Plano, TX is an overpriced disappointment. The lack of quality, limited topping options, and uncomfortable atmosphere make this place not worth the hefty price tag. Save your money and opt for a more reasonably priced, and ultimately more satisfying, frozen yogurt experience elsewhere.

The best frozen yogurt I have ever had. Fresh toppings, great flavors and friendly staff. Definitely the best in the area.

The worst frozen yogurt place I've never been to. This place is so dirty. Not only the tables were dirty, seriously the chairs were dirty as well. Even the blueberries had mold on them. I would never come back.

I haven’t had froyo in years, so I stopped by when I was in the area! The store is small, but they have a good variety of yogurt flavors. There are sample cups to grab and test by the counter in the middle. Sadly, the first flavor I tried (pistachio) was broken for some reason and I got liquid spilled out. I notified the worker and she went to fix it right away. The flavors are very refreshing— I got mainly fruity flavors (strawberry, pistachio, pineapple coconut). The toppings bar isn’t what I’m used to, because they put toppings in small containers and you’re forced to get the whole thing. I like a few pieces of this and that, but I didn’t want the weight to be high so I just opted for two. The price came out to be almost $6 for a tiny cup of froyo with 2 topping containers. It’s ridiculous how expensive that is, especially when I don’t even want the whole topping container. I know they probably did this due to COVID but the shop near my apartment isn’t like that. They still have a bucket of toppings and a small spoon for people to choose from.Overall, it’s a cute little froyo shop with good flavors but be expected to pay more than $6 for each cup. If you like a lot of toppings like me, then it’s going to be pricier. The store was clean and there was enough seating inside and in front.

This is one of my favorite frozen yogurt places. Menchies offers a wide variety for any dietary needs. I particularly like that they have no sugar added and gluten-free options.

All the “yogurt” was soup. Completely melted. Good flavor selection but this was not frozen yogurt. I did appreciate the fact that they pre-packaged all the toppings.
