Went in, placed my order and it was ready in less than 10 mins. Got home and had the wrong order. No one else was in line or waiting for food. Ordered the Kalua pig and katsu chicken but got teriyaki chicken and teriyaki beef. A bit disappointing for the first time trying this place. Will try again to see if I can get what I order however.

I went to this restaurant on friday i came in and i was the only customer in there at the time, and i ordered my meal, and it was buy one get one free and i showed the clerk my coupon that i printed from my email with my email address, and she says i need to see your original email from you account, because people are giving coupons to there friends, now i was the only one in the store , i felt attacked...i told her mam my email address is on my coupon, and when did this new rule take place, i said this is not customer friendly , so then i proceeded to pull up my email account that had the coupon on it that i printed out to show her i was not doing illegal transactions, i left this restaurant feeling like i was accused of doing wrong, this was my 1st time at the plano location ,and i did not feel like a valuable customer, i felt like i was accused of wrong doing, when my email i printed off to present to the clerk had my email address on it...this was horrible customer service ...horrible horrible horrible ...it was not a good situation...and people were eatting in the restaurant and im sure they could hear what was said to meOr Id: 3156468981305363Employee Cashier 23\2\2024 12:58PM

The food is very tasty, the service very friendly, the place very clean. We live closer to Hawaiian Bros but will be making the drive further out to this delicious gem! The manager was so courteous and so kind to our kids. It's also very affordable.
