Andrew is always so great and friendly! The milk tea is the best among all places I tried! Their grapefruit green tea, milk tea and cheese form oolong tea are my favorites. They closed for a few days. So glad they reopened quickly. Can't imagine a world without my favorite milk tea!

Ordered 4 drinks. Everyone was happy with what they ordered. I ordered Earl Grey milk tea with pudding, boba and grass jelly, it was good. Taro slush drink was good. Grapefruit green tea was good too. Thai Milk tea - very good. We all loved the consistency of their Boba. It was just perfect! You can request them to adjust the sweetness and how much ice you want. Service was excellent. Price was good .

Inexperienced worker and low quality expensive drinks. I got an oolong milk tea and it was very milky and watered down and the color of it was white. I will not recommend this place or go back.

Been going here for a few years. Great family atmosphere and service. The drinks in my opinion are the best in the metro plex. My go to is the ice milk coffee if you're a cold brew coffee person. Keep up the great work guys we appreciate y'all.

I was introduced to Mo Mo Cha by a close friend of the family... and let me just say it was the best day of our lives. lol. we love supporting this small business so much! Their drinks are amazing and the people are friendly. We go to the location in Richardson regularly. They also make sure that all safety protocols are met during these covid times. Such a welcome environment right when you walk into the door. The employees make sure you have a pleasant experience even if it’s just waiting for your order. They have a lovely way of prioritizing customer satisfaction. Very pleased with my experience

Great bubble tea place in Plano. However, very bad customer service. One guy employee there won't even let paid customers to use a restroom although the restroom is there and not broken.. He said it is not for public. Not sure if this is even legal while the store is still opened.
