This people are nice and very pleasant. They have a good customer service they let you try their cookies and they have a variety of Persian and European pastry. I share this cookies with my coworkers and they are loving it and they ask me where I bought it

They have an amazing variety of cookies and they taste delicious? We were running other errands and called the store when we realized they'll close 4 minutes before we make it there and they graciously waited for us! Great experience and will definitely be back again.

I had a friend who was leaving my department at work so I needed a basic cake with some simple writing asap. They were nice on the phone and said they could write anything on a cake so I made the 20 minute drive. The people in person however were a little unamused to say the least. They seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The cake on the other hand was horrible. Coworkers said the cake was stale and when I had time to actually see the cake the writing was awful. For professional bakers and artist I would assume the simple writing could have looked better but this is something anyone could have done. So disappointing

My mom and I have used this bakery for previous events like my sweet 16 and graduation, so we recently placed an order for 65 cupcakes for my couple shower. The idea was to have mossy looking cupcakes with mushrooms and flowers on top. We requested coconut flakes mixed with green icing for the moss tops and fondant mushrooms and flowers alternating as toppers. My mom was charged .50¢ extra per cupcake to add coconut to them. When she picked up our order there was no coconut on the cupcakes, a cupcake was missing from one of the containers, and the mushroom cupcakes were not placed within protective dividers. The worker at the counter refused to give my mom a refund for the coconut and instead gave her some gingerbread as an apology. As the order was driven home the cupcakes got slightly jostled and fell onto each other ruining some of the top heavy designs due to not being placed within safe dividers of any kind. We did what we could for the party, but as the cupcakes were eaten guests skin got stained with green and the cake tasted store bought. This was the worst experience we have had with Natalie Bakery.

I ordered a custom cake for a baby shower. The cake tasted amazing, and it was soooo cute. We didn't even want to cut it, but I'm glad we did. The cake was delicious.

Gabriela was super helpful. Suggested some of her favorites which turned out to be great. Recommend the Black Forest Cake & Tiramisu. There's sitting space if you want to sit and enjoy the experience.

I went by Natalie's new location off of Marsh and Keller Springs today and bought several items. The beautiful chocolate cupcake was so enticing that I ate it before I thought to take a picture. But the cake was moist and flavorful and the beautiful icing was delicious and gorgeous! You'll have to by to see how lovely they are. I also got walnut baklava and almond baklava. Attached is a picture of the almond. The flavors were the best I've ever had. Amazing! Also bought some sweet bread that I believe is called Gata. As the lady helping me said, it would be delicious with a cup of coffee. At least my husband thinks so!

Their cakes and pastries are always dry and stale. I am thinking they freeze their cakes probably to make fresh pastries later. The girl at the register was unfriendly. I asked her to pick the cookies from the front of the tray instead of the back for me and she started to argue! I am guessing the ones in the back were less fresh and needed to be sold quicker otherwise why argue? Spent $30 for Rude customer service and stale food. I probably won't go back.
