I do love this place but every time I come there are no parking spots in the “grab n go” and ppl parked there are in there eating and not just curbside. It’s very annoying how people take up these parking when they go eat

I had an issue with my DoorDash order and drove to the store myself since it was never delivered. I was already having a stressful day and then my food was stolen from the delivery driver. Carlos greeted me when I walked in and immediately wanted to make the situation right. He remade my salad and his genuine kindness really turned my day around. The smallest acts of kindness really make all the difference. Thanks again, Carlos! Y’all be sure to stop in and give them a try!

Had to cancel our order because our people were sick from covid. The restaurant instead of charging a nominal cancelation fee for an order they did not start making and didn't order any extra items for, wanted to be greedy and charge the entire $957 for not being bale to make the food. Terrible customer service. We can understand a nominal cancelation fee but the entite price for something you didn't even start making? GREEDY! On out list as a company that has lost our money for the future.

This used be, not only, one of the best experiences with great food around, but a pretty good bargain...the reason we stopped mid-shop at Christmas.Lack of staff, those present serving cold soup, wrong orders, orders in parts (not just to us...witnessed with other upset customers) and employees seemingly put out, or with no affect on the other end with requests for corrections.The food was would be the savior....cold, changed recipes and ordered from our phones (still requiring help from staff, as all options are not available)...again, a week before Christmas.If this is not a time for full staff and service...when is?

I walked in to place an order to go. No one greeted me so I walked around to the counter and a lady named "Rachel" came up and stared at me. She was so unfriendly. I thought maybe she was having a bad day, so I smiled and was very nice and she still was rude. One of my orders was a Newk salad with no chicken or croutons which usually they add in more lettuce, pecans or cranberries without asking. They didn't in fact they added a about a teaspoon of pecans and cranberries. So I paid $13.00 for a 1/2 salad, it was horrible! The other dish was my friend's she wasn't impressed either. Maybe they had a new employees, don't think we will be back to this location.

First time trying Newk’s and it did not disappoint! There is a wide range of items to choose from and the food and service were excellent. There is indoor seating and a nice large patio when the weather permits. Will be coming back for lunch sometime.
I just had the most incredible meal at Newk's Eatery, and I can't contain my excitement! The chicken salad sandwich was a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, with tender chicken, crisp veggies, and creamy dressing, all hugged by perfectly toasted bread. And the mac and cheese? Oh, it was the epitome of comfort food, rich and cheesy with just the right amount of indulgence. Newk's Eatery has truly mastered the art of crafting delicious, satisfying dishes, and I'm already counting down the minutes until my next visit to enjoy more of their fantastic offerings. If you're looking for a dining experience that will leave you brimming with excitement, Newk's is the place to be!

The six cheese bacon ? Pinto cheese mac and cheese is amazing I got bariatric surgery in June and they offer a half size which is perfect for me so anyone who has that you should be fine.
