Someone above said the people behind the counter looked miserable. I would look miserable as well if there were 30 brats running around with no parental supervision. I'm not even exaggerating, they were running through the line, knocking into everyone, including us. The parents were doing absolutely nothing. When I got to the checkout, I told the girl "I cannot believe you are able to put up with this many brats unsupervised." The ice cream was great, no problems there, but the lack of control over these little milk suckers was absolutely appalling. If I had acted like these children, my mother would have knocked me into a store two doors down. Control your children, or stop having them.

I drove all the way from Euless to ked’s Plano and didn’t have a good experience. We ordered falooda, it was just milk and no flavor.

Unless you are middle eastern, they seem to not want to service you. They don’t have good customer service. Very bad experience. Upon going in, they were busy. When it was my turn to order it was like I was invisible, they didn’t even want to ask me for my order. When I finally ordered, I waited 20 minutes and they conveniently “forgot” to make my order. I had to wait another 15 minutes. When checking out the girl seemed nice, as soon as she was done she scoffed in discuss. I could not believe it. On top of all of that. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. Everyone started at my like I was out of place. If you are anything other than middle eastern. Don’t waste your time. Our money is not good enough for this establishment.

The customer service is great and so is the ice cream. My fav flavor is the hazelnut ice cream and they never have it in stock. I have come to the shop multiple times and they never have it.

Worst service and cake given by them for my daughters birthday.the cake ordered was one and the one received was a different one.I had asked to wrap the hair of the doll in the cake instead the hair was cut and no wrapping was done with the asked flowers on the doll’s hair.lame reasons given for every qn asked and also say if you don’t want to buy don’t buy instead of asking so many qns.Pls never go here for birthday cakes.
It was okay. Had the Shahi falooda. Tasted okay, but consistency was too thin and it wasn't assembled correctly. There was a bug on the wall, and the lady behind the counter did not seem to be very concerned when I pointed that out. I'll try another location.

Visited on 2nd March 2024 around 12pmThere was only one guy serving customers and he was only looking after one family's large order and customizing it. Waited for 15 freaking minutes with my kid who just wanted an ice cream. There were other customers too waiting unable to say much and looked disappointed with the level of serviceAfter 15 minutes decided to leave and go to Handel's where we were in and out in 5 minutesIf this scummy establishment doesn't care about my money and business, I would rather go elsewhere and spend it thereDon't always think about profits, hire more people maybe students part timers give a semblance of service and care to ALL customers just not your rishtedaars and friendsIf you like to wait forever come here else take your money to competition like Handel's
