The restrooms smell absolutely horrible. The service was ok at best even on a slow day. Don’t get the trace Lechase unless you like ice cream cake because that’s what it’s like.

The food was not good at all, I ordered nachos with extra cheese and everything tasted stale. The service was horrible. I will never come back to this place ever. I spoke with the manager, and had a bad attitude, didn't seem to care. Hulu hut and casa del bro are the places that's much better.

Extremely disappointing experience. We waited almost 25 minutes for our main courses, only to be told they were out of most items in our order. The service was slow, and the kitchen's inability to deliver left us hungry and frustrated. Unfortunately, this experience failed to meet our expectations. We won't be returning. The overall low rating for this restaurant speaks volumes

The restaurant is okay for chain Tex- Mexican restaurant. I had the beef enchiladas. I probably should have chosen chicken because the ground beef was not slightly greasy to me. I gave this place 2 stars because the rice and bean didn't have flavor. The server was friendly.

Just had lunch here. I had the fajita salad with steak that was extremely tough. Hubby had soggy steak quesadillas thanks to the pico slapped on the plate right next to them.

I walked in with the bartender sitting, texting in a group. Slow night I got it. I was just waiting at the pickup counter. After 10 or so minutes I saw a sign that said to go to the bar. A sweet lady asked me questions & my name on the order. She turned to the bartender & asked him to check. Still not looking at me. She asked me what I ordered then went in the kitchen to check. Came back with my order stapled shut. I get home, we’re missing our queso/guacamole duo. We’ve been moving for 3 days. We just wanted to sit down & enjoy OTB after years of living elsewhere. ? They are closed tonight, so I’m not able to back. Really sad. I always pay additional cash tips. Not tonight
Great atmosphere. Our waitress, Shawna, was excellent! So pleasant and served our food super quick. I had the flautas and my husband had a combo of enchiladas and tacos…both great!!! We will definitely return.

It's never too busy so you can pretty much always get a table or seat at the bar, the service is friendly, and the food is consistent and good. Last night I had the chicken tinga empanadas and brisket tacos; both of which were delicious. Very relaxing atmosphere. Prices on the entrees and draft beers seem a touch steep (hence the missing 5th star).

Pretty disappointing.I ordered some things to go and what I got was not even close to the description from the menu. Also, the staff for a Thursday night we're just not attentive. I pulled up into a to go spot and had to call twice to get someone's attention to come out to the car. Also an item was missing and no one communicated this to me. I went back and spoke to a very patient young lady who said the missing item was removed from the bill. Great but was anyone going to tell me? But I just wanted my money back. (when you order online you automatically tip at the end before ever seeing the food. Another irritation. I gave a 20% tip thinking that would motivate them to be thorough/detailed) This place is probably great for dine-in and enjoying the bar. But I can't say I'll be back any time soon.
