*** NOT RECOMMENDED ****Seriously displeased. Ordered well done. Crust is UNDERCOOKED. Asked when pickup and they said was well done. This was a carry out. Onions & bell pepper were huge and raw! Especially the onions. Really?!? Can’t do a basic pizza crust? Crust was thin and gooey (not finished baking)We have liked this location in the past but looking at current customer reviews, it’s pretty clear there is a problem in the training and operations at this store.Tried to call the store but no human answers. Music on hold only. 15 min. Can’t see a reason to waste my money here again. Even the QT pizza is much better. And cooked properly. Too far away to take back so into the bin this one goes. Will try to salvage a slice or two in the oven but that’s going to make a mess and I’ll still not come back.

We've ordered pizza here before and it's been consistently edible. But last night was TERRIBLE. The "thin crust" was bone dry and more like a cracker than a pizza crust; it didn't even begin to qualify as a flatbread. The ingredients were both sparse and thrown haphazardly on the pizza. One third of the pizza didn't have any sauce whatsoever. Unusually large chunks of onion and green bell were inedible.I don't know what's going on in the kitchen, but management should take notice. The place was busy but did not seem overwhelmed by customers. I'm definitely regretting my generous tip...

It can't be seen with my own eyes how he grabbed his face, and that's how he started to prepare my pizza, I had to stop. Honestly, the lack of hygiene they have made me sick, they don't wash their hands at any time, it's disgusting, really, don't give it a damn. Try this establishment for your children, really, really, I can't believe it.

This location does not know how to pick up a telephone. They use an OFFSHORE call center to take orders now, and when you have a special circumstance that requires talking directly to the restaurant, e.g. a credit from a past issue that is stored at the restaurant itself, they just put you on hold indefinitely. On two separate times, I was put on hold for 20 minutes waiting for the restaurant to answer, and on the third try, the outsourced call center says all I can do is call Papa Johns corporate again to complain. What a joke.

I order pizza for my family at 5:10 pm and it didn’t show up till 6:35pm. We had to call the restaurant twice the first time the woman on the phone told me it would be at my house soon, that was 20 mins before it arrived. When we later called again very reasonably upset the same woman had nothing to say and she hung up on me. The pizza then arrived cold. Side note if you’re going to offer a delivery service on the weekends make sure to have more then one driver.

The Door Dash Driver got lost, so I went up there, and the team took such good care of me, and got me my order remade fresh, and showed so much compassion and understanding. So happy to have this pizza place as my number one to order from. ☺️

It’s a Papa John’s pizza, pretty standard fare. All the complaints about delivery, I get it. Had a similar experience with a much more expensive pizza place. The reason for this 5 star review is that I wanted to recognize Carter. My phone timed out twice when I was ordering on the app, and I didn’t realize until he called that the order had gone through several times. He called to verify, and cancelled the extra order. I really appreciated him taking the time to do so.
The other sad reviews are spot on. I placed an order for 2 pizzas and wings. After an hour and 15 mins my order still said being prepared. When I called the store to see about my order, I was met with a snarky attitude and told they push their deliveries out to DoorDash , which I had no knowledge of and they have no idea when it will be delivered but it’s “probably gonna late”. Needless to say I advised to cancel my order and refund my money and ordered dominio’s. Take notes papa John’s, domino’s can actually deliver and did it less than 35 mins! I see why papa John’s is in decline! 5 stars for dominos for coming through!

I ordered a pizza and when I tracked it it showed delivered but it was not here. I called the location and the lady who answered at 9pm said she had to take it off her screen but it is on the way. I told her that made no sense. I asked for the manager and she said she is the manager. I asked her name and she said she didn't have to give her name. She hung up on me. Pizza was to be here at 847 and the 1st call was at 9. I called back and she continued being rude and I still don't have a pizza at 915. I'm in customer service and this lady should be fired.

Ordered at 6:29pm, order arrived a 7:46pm. Pizza wasn’t hot and barely warm. I ordered on the Papa John’s website but the delivery was given to DoorDash without my knowledge. I would not recommend delivery here.
