Plenty of parking available right outside of the restaurant.The interior of the restaurant is dark, moody, and eclectic. It wasn’t particularly clean.The food was pretty good. I liked that there were 3 sizes of pho to choose from: small, large, and extra large.The broth didn’t do it for me. I wasn’t too impressed with how the broth came out. It was sweeter than I was used to.

Being Vietnamese myself, I know what’s a good bowl of pho and the volume of this broth was not giving. The price compared to the size was questionable.- The broth was not flavorless but it definitely wasn’t flavorful. I got the beef one which wasn’t the worst but also wasn’t the best? My mom’s chicken pho was pretty plain.- This isn’t the worst pho place, if I was craving pho and was in the area I would go here. However, I wouldn’t go out of my way to drive more than 20 minutes to get here!

If I'm sitting down for a bowl of pho near my place, Im coming here. I'm always happy with my meal, its my easy go to comfort food spot. If Im celebrating its here. If my world is crashing down around me and I just need "somedamnsoup" its here!Dietary restrictions: I imagine for people with dietary restrictions veitnamese food is the best option. Every ingredient is fresh and identifiable so simply ordering items not contained in your wheelhouse of hazards could be a delicious and flavorful journey.

"We are new to the place and anticipated a positive experience based on reviews, but it was the opposite. The food was okay, but the service was poor. When we inquired about Vietnamese coffee, the person taking our order mentioned milk and coffee but failed to specify it was cold, not hot as expected. They refused to replace it. Our vegetarian fried rice order was promised without egg, yet it was served with egg. Additionally, we received only 2 forks for a party of 4. Also asked for plates. Despite multiple calls, the staff did not provide the missing utensils or check on us. A very disappointing experience, and we don't plan to return."

My daughter has been practicing with chop sticks for a few months now and it’s been a challenge for her. Last night the owner noticed her trying to use chopsticks and came over to our table and helped us install “chopstick helpers” to her chopsticks and then gave us the extra to take home. My son instantly wanted to give chopsticks a try too. - he hasn’t shown much interest in the past. The owners/managers gesture of kindness was so appreciated. My kids were so happy and talked about it all evening at home. We will use them every time we can. Thank you for wonderful food, a great atmosphere, but mostly, thank you for your kind heart and generosity. We appreciate you, pho mac.

Terrible service. I order a banh mi sandwich ($6) and a limeade drink ($4). When I receive the drink, it's literally 70% filled with ice. I immediately ask the server to please give me mine without ice and he gave me major attitude. The other server told him in a different language to say yes. He unwillingly takes the drink and gives me this. Tell me is this 2oz drink worth $4?? For a regular lemonade! Major ripoff, so disappointed. I will not return!

The service was absolutely terrible. All of the workers were just hanging out at the counter and they didn’t even come refill the water. On top of that, the pho was flavorless. This had to be the worst pho I’ve ever had.

I've been coming here for almost 2 years. Each time is good food with underwhelming service. The wait staff is mostly inexperienced teenagers. Went there today with my wife, 4 and 6 year old and everything was fine until the very end when I asked for the check.The young waitress came up to us with a roll of paper towel in her hand and said "Can you please clean up the mess on the table? Otherwise we will charge you a service charge for cleaning?"I was stunned. I clarified this with her. And she confirmed. She pointed to the half chewed lemon on the table and the dirty napkins. So I cleaned up napkins, and the little bits of noodles on the table. Then she proceeded to add a 20% tip because it's 6 people. 3 adults 3 kids.I asked for the manager. But the manager, who is probably no older than 25 himself said it's policy. Long story short. I demanded him remove the 20% tip for the poor service and poor attitude. I cleaned your table, so don't expect me to pay YOU a tip to do your work.I've never had a restaurant treat this way to customers. You are in the restaurant business. It's what you're there to do. Serve and clean after the customers. Not hand a roll of paper towels to your customers asking them to clean the table then proceed to add 20% tip.
