I asked the young man that was helping me if the guy could put on gloves he said he would tell him and then I got up to get my pizza and once they call my name No one still had on gloves that is disgusting

One of the best pizza hut around plano. Way Better than similar competing brands. The way they make garlic parmesan sauce base pizza tastes better than a marinara base sauce. Love this

First time ordering from here, we just moved to town. Ordered through the app and set a time to have it delivered to dinner would be there and ready once we all got home. Time came and went, no pizza. Gave it an extra 10 mins, nothing. Called and just got a bot who said pizza was on its way. Took another 20 mins for it to get to me. Driver called and said he was five mins out. He all but threw it to me, didn’t apologize or anything. Wish I hadn’t tipped in advance. One of the pizzas was burnt in places. You don’t expect top of the line but I do expect better than this.

Called to ask for extra ranch just to be sent to a call center only to be asked 5minutes of questions about my location to finally be transferred to a store that sent me to voicemail with no option to even leave a voicemail! Talk about customer service!

Then he offered to refund only portion of my order.WOW NEVER AGAIN.
