Overall pizza has the best pizza. My boss from classy doggie cut always ordered from them and because I had tried and love their pizza.. also grandma Lena she is for best, sweet person ever! Love her working there!! She is the best ! She reminds me of my grandma! She is a wonderful lady. I will go back just for her :)

It's fast, cheap and one of the few things my 6 year old will actually eat. The website isn't user friendly, the phone ordering system is just as bad but once you finally get a human it's a smooth process. Super close and the folks that work there are always nice. We do pick up often.
Ms. Lina (Lena sp?) is the night cashier and provides excellent customer service. She's been there a good while now, and takes care of the regulars.Parking: practically curb service. A quick walk in and back out. At least 8-10 spaces

The Pizza Hut at Independence and Legacy in Plano was brightly lit and easy to find in the traffic. The server LeeAnn was charming, since I was early she asked them for the pizzas early and they did. The gang at the office loved the pizzas, even though it was about a 30 minute drive and walk in the cold, the pizzas were still hot and yummy.Vegetarian options: The mushroom pizza is delish!

Nice folks. Friendly and seem concerned enough to be accurate with order and taking care of the customers. Good workers who don't seem to hate their jobs! I highly recommend visiting this Pizza Hut location. If they get something wrong, they're quick to offer to correct it. That's all we can really expect from a national chain restaurant.

Delivery good and timely. Taste good. Tried to call in order. Person who answered was rude, condescending, and lied to me. Said he was "uncomfortable" when I asked repeatedly, then told him to put the manager on the phone. Hung up on me. Ordered online and got pizza quickly.

I was waiting for my order when one of your delivery people opened the door of his car and hit mine and he didn’t even ask me an apology now my car has a scratch as you can see in the photo

Disappointed that you charge so much for delivery fee now, not fair to delivery drivers..and crust almost raw this time...packets of cheese and red pepper should be automatic considering inflated prices. $31 for medium pizza.
