This is the best Pizza Hut to ever exist. I love this location. Everyone who works here is amazing. Service is great. Pizza is always fresh and tasty. I come here regularly and these guys deserve a raise. I appreciate all of you! Thank you for amazing service every time I visit.

I knew I'd regret ordering from this location seeing other reviews but I really craved pizza tonight.... Worst pizza so far, arrived 1hr after the app said "it was on the way" and I live 4 min away?. Not warm but not cold. Original crust when I ordered hand tossed and it was under cooked....has to put it in the oven. And I didn't get the drink I ordered!!! $47 wasted ? I want my money back. Calling store manager.

Delivery order was 30 min late. You call the store and get an ordering hotline. They transferred me to the store when I told them I was trying to get status on my order and they never picked up. Called 4 times.

I ordered a pizza yesterday 9/3/23 around 7:30pm. My order was delivered after 8:30pm by door dash not Pizza Hut. (Fine) upon me opening the box I notified my order was wrong. I ordered hand tossed but received thin crust. I hate thin crust. I immediately call the store and was told they didn’t have someone to bring it not even door dash. He could give me a credit tonight or I can call in the morning for a refund. (At this point I have no choice but to say okay) I called the store today 9/4/2023 after 11am the guy said he was super busy and for me to call back at 12noon. (Basically giving me the run around) I live 3 minutes aways I got into my car and headed to the store. Unpin my arrival the store doesn’t have any customers and no orders were being made at all. I tell the guy I just spoke with him and I need my refund. He immediately told me I was rude for asking for my money. I called the police and they told Him to refund me so they can go or be released. The guy mentioned he had to call and verify from the guy from last night and then it will take 24 to 48 hours to be released. I will never order from this place again he referred to me as “ You People” I’m assuming because I am black. I asked him if that is what he meant but of course he said no.

I ordered a pizza at 7:36pm and I never received it. After calling 3 times I found out the driver delivered it to some other apartment and didn't knock, but just left it outside. When I called about it, the driver told me she could remake it but "wouldn't know where to take it" without offering any other remedy for the fact I have been waiting over 90 minutes. This is not the first time I have ordered delivery, but I have never had a problem like this. 0/10 would recommend.

This location use to be decent but my most recent and last experience here was ridiculous. Based on the poor reviews this place already has. I’m not going to reach out but I will warn others to avoid this location.They don’t quality check or care about the food. I received a pan pizza when I ordered a hand tossed pizza.. it also was flavorless and ugly with super dry cracked crust, burnt vegetables, pepperoni, and toppings, just very bad tasting. It looked like a new hire’s first pizza. Lmao. Never again.
The Indian guy was eating chocolate while preparing our food & we already paid so we tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but we tasted that chocolate all over the pizza crust it was literally disgusting!!!!!

Prices doubled in a last couple of months. Wings order was accepted but when I went to pickup the order, the store manager, said it's out of stock. Since I used points to buy, they can't refund the points. It's nightmare to place order, phone rep doesn't understand and over charges even though black olives were missing, online orders goes thru, but the store will say, out of stock! PizzaHut is no more trustworthy brand anymore, started going to expensive mom and pop pizza store, at least better service and reliable orders.

Called and spoke to manager and they were rude and barely spoke English . Offered zero assistance for another pizza or a free one next time. I'm done with this location. Half of my orders from here have been cold when I ask for a well done pizza.

This Pizza Hut really needs to step it up! I've lived in the area over 3 years and I will NOT recommend this Pizza Hut. Let me just say they always mess up my order for example sending over brownie instead of cookie dessert, delivering wrong order twice (literally whole order was wrong I got someone else order, and I even got a dog treat in my pizza box once. Pizza is undercooked most of the time and the customer service is 3/10 they seem low on morale and it feels like I'm a bother when I come In person to place an order. If you want pizza head over to Dominos in the area much better service and pizza is cooked well.

Wow! Pretty shocked at the low score. Never had a problem. I live pretty close so I've always done pick up. I'm greeted every time. Every time they show me my pizza or whatever I ordered and I've ordered at least three or four times from here. Even when the guy was really busy while a few people were waiting before me after a few minutes he still asked how he could help me balancing cooking and phone and other customers, and my pizza was piping hot and ready. Pizza is always piping hot and ready when I pick up. Pizza is always correct. I've always had a great experience. I mean it's Pizza Hut, not a Michelin star restaurant so I'm not sure what "service" people are expecting. You arrive, they ask what you want/did or you give them eye contact until they note you're there if they're busy, you say "Here for pick-up online order", they say "Bet", they show you your piping hot, alluring pizza, they give you your piping hot, alluring pizza, you leave with your piping hot, alluring pizza, done. Keep on doing what y'all are doing. Y'all are doing great.
