Ordered a 3 piece meal online with dark meat. Got a really dry breast, a good thigh and a tiny wing that really shouldn't be considered a piece of chicken. I'm a big fan of Popeye's chicken but that breast was dry as dust and I didn't bother with the wing so basically I got a thigh, biscuit, and a few fries for $10.99. Definitely wasn't worth the price.

What they did was re fry the already fried chicken to make you think you were getting fresh chicken that’s a shame .. I just threw it away. I had no time to go back.. I knew they were whispering about something.. and that’s what I got when I got home. over cooked chicken.. it sad these fast food places now a days. Well I won’t be going back. I was there 12/12/23 @ around 8:30-9pm i paid $11.90 for 5pc meal for 2 the special…I Hope Popeyes watch the video and fire all of them… such a shame

This place is still the only good Popeyes in Plano Texas, the one on 15th used refried beans and the one on Bethany in Allen their chicken gives people food poisoning. This one actually has hot food, fast service and good workers.
