So basically, it was a plastic container of lettuce for $9. I called the store to get that salad refunded (I live 30 minutes away, but the store was on my way home). “Do you want to come in and get that refund?”“No I’m 30 minutes away, can I give you the receipt number?”“Sure”Long story longer, there has been no refund to my card. I won’t return to this location.

Was in there earlier this afternoon to order an Avo Turkey sandwich for to go which has Avocado, Turkey, Swiss and Cucumbers. Half my sandwich was missing when I got home. No Avocado and no cucumber in it. When you try to call the store to inform them, good luck having someone even answer the phone. It was my first time there today and definitely my last time.
Ordered loaded baked potato soup w/ bacon, cheddar cheese & green onion. For $8.00. No bacon cup not full & it wasn't delicious. Save your money & make it yourself. Not worth it. Oh, & the Pellegrino was flat. Waste of money.

Potbelly has been our favorite sandwich shop until today. We got 2 sandwiches today on National Sandwich Day, so it was BOGO day. I wonder if they were trying to short change us because it was BOGO. We believe we each had at least half the meat on our sandwiches. I like to get A Wreck on flatbread because I like the meat to bread ratio, but today wasn’t good. I looked at the meat, and there were 2 thin slices of beef on one side of the bread (I sub salami for extra beef) an 1 ham and 1 turkey slice on the other. I have been getting this sandwich for at least 10 years, and I have never seen this little meat. My husband’s Steakhouse Beef (a premium? sandwich) was the same way. I’m sad to say that I won’t tolerate this type of deception - paying more for an inferior product. Unless I know that things improve, we won’t be going back.

I seldom give reviews. I reluctantly am giving this one for the Potbelly in Firewheel. I went there yesterday. It was not clean. There was a tray that was open and looked gross. It looked like it was filled with either condiments or soup. I used to really like this shop. Please do better. I only saw one person working. If you need help, I hope you can good people to improve quality. You deserve to stay in business.

Ordered through app for pickup window of 7:44PM, I was there by 7:52 PM. Sandwich was behind the counter instead of to go rack! I had to ask the cashier and was handed over my order. Not even a hello! I opened my sandwich in the car it was already soggy and leaking. I did not order any ingredients that make sandwich soggy like tomatoes. Very disappointed Ghost Pepper heat was on par! Loved the slow burn

Potbelly has been our favorite sandwich shop for years, but last night was a huge disappointment. It was National Sandwich day, so we used their BOGO offer. Compared to what we usually get, both sandwiches had very little meat. There were probably 2 slices of meat - folded over made it only 4 layers. I think they used extra lettuce to make up for the lack of meat. It was a pathetic excuse for a sandwich. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice - not this time. We might not go back again.
