If I could give zero stars I would I just left this dumpster , when I walked in i wasn't greeted the lady with the 2016 blocky brows just stared me down I order my food and she talked in a condescending tone the entire time no wonder the place was empty all I wanted was to grab some food after work

I did an order through their app for delivery which they use DoorDash for. My food never came. When I tried to go to the store to get my refund, they refused to give me one and said it wasn't their problem once DoorDash picked up my order and to contact them directly for a refund. The people working there (Yadira Garcilazo) was very rude.Since I did the order through Qdoba's app, they are the ones that need to be refunding my money. DoorDash will only refund the delivery fee, which they have already initiated. I used to love Qdoba, but they have just lost a repeat customer... $31 down the drain for nothing. Very disappointed!

I ordered through doordash. The food was good, flavorful and reasonable pricing. The onions and bell peppers were practically raw so that was unpleasant, but otherwise good food.

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service and management. I walked in and asked if I could please get chalula chicken and ti please put extra chicken l, this lady literally gave me half and half and then I said no that’s not what I wanted and then explained to her what I wanted after that she grabbed the whole chalula container and poured it all over my plate , I could believe she didn’t say anything so I then got on the phone and explained to the person I was taking the food to what the lady had done and the lady rudely started screaming at how she did what I asked if her and being rude , after that we kept going back and forth. I then asked to please let me speak to her manager and her manager came over and had a smirk the whole time I explained the situation making it seem as she didn’t care if what I had to say. I then refused to speak to either at them because then the so called “manager” laughed and said well there’s no one else in the one to go to, I wish u could really speak to someone above this women Yadira Garcilazo. And give full details off the situation. Worst experience ever.

We ordered takeout through the app, got home to find a long hair in one of the bowls we ordered. Pretty disgusting. We called about it, they were not apologetic at all, and rude over the phone. Would not recommend at all. Probably the last time eating Qdoba for us.

A friend recently told me about how much they enjoyed dining at Qdoba. I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my opportunity was stalled based on the three staff members' blatant disregard for my presence.Upon entering, all three young men looked at me, but not one of them acknowledged that I had entered the establishment. Mind you, there were no other clients waiting and a couple dining in. I greeted all three of them with a tone that was impossible for them to acknowledge. One person spoke softly while the other two did not say a word.I decided to leave and never go back, which is sad considering that I live three minutes from this location. I DISCOURAGE anyone from visiting and patronizing the "Park location" in Plano, TX.

The Plano location closes whenever they get ready i have been here twice during business hours and they where close at 7:00-7:30ish . Very disappointing when you are looking for some dinner .
This place is dirty, and food is not safe to eat. There was no one in the restaurant and a few tables were dirty with trash underneath. My biggest concern was the lights above the food. They haven’t been cleaned in a while and there are layers of dust that have accumulated and probably falling into the food below (see photo).

First time visiting Qdoba. We got a veggie quesadilla and another one with the new sweet and spicy chicken. Food was really tasty and flavorful, however, the quesadilla's were very messy. The two tortillas did not even stick together and were not at all crispy. The chips had a bad oil smell and the guac had an unnatural dark leafy green color. Next time we will try the nowl sinxe the individual food items were so tasty! Service and ambiance were what you would expect!

This place isn't nearly as good as Chipotle. Food is very salty, and the portions you get for the bowl are very minimum, and it costs a few dollars more than chipotle.
