I heard they were filing bankruptcy and after my visit, i have no idea y. Red Lobster is still a seafood lover's eatery. I did the shrimp promo.... Shrimp was fantastic.

Tiny little portions for an expensive price... Another food chain that has been ruined post-COVID. Slow cooks & terrible customer service as well

They served me the meat raw and I asked for it well cooked, it took more than 40 minutes, horrible

We tried to be seated there tonight , requesting a table rather than a booth and were informed by the host that we should wait while he tried to find a table. There were many empty tables...we left

Hours are listed as close at 11:00pm on Saturdays. Called ar 7:30pm on Saturday, April 6th to place an order because their online ordering was disabled. Person that answered the phone stated they were closed. Really? This is the third time I've had a problem wirh the Plano location. Apparently they do not care about the restaurant.

My fiance and I went into the Red Lobster in Plano. I was disappointed that we were seated and no one came to our table for at least 10 minutes. I understand they were short staffed , but the manager past our table 4 times and made no eye contact nor did she say anything like " Your server will be with you soon ." I felt like we were not wanted there and was completely overlooked. Do better with customer service. I was a server for over 20 years and I know good customer service!

Lobsterfest and FINALLY, they put a fried lobster item in the mix. Took me back to the Bahamas for sure. Fried lobster and shrimp were great, and they changed the hush puppy recipe to more island, less Texmex. Hubby had the stuffed flounder, which should have been less watery, more buttery. Granddaughter had salmon (blah) and added the crab legs (perfectly cooked) and chocolate cake to go. Our waitress, Colleen, was just the Irish cheer we needed for St. Patrick's Day weekend. A bit pricey at $180 for three, but the food was good.

This place is still lacking on service, so hard to go eat for $100 and be basically mostly ignored.

The parking lot was packed, and it took forever to bring my food out.

I've been coming to this location for a while now and not sure if they have a new cook or just having an off day but the food was pretty off this go around. Our appetizer was waayyy too salty and most of our meals were over cooked. It's been a while since the last time we came but was pretty disappointed this go around.

Man, what a disappointing experience tonight. The only reason I give the food one star is because the sirloin steak was delicious and cheddar bay biscuits are always good. But the brussel sprouts were not cooked all the way through, the potatoes felt like it came from a batch that had already been made prior to my arrival and the lobster was slightly undercooked and when I ordered a Moscow mule rather than telling me they were out of ginger beer they brought me a seltzer lime drink with vodka. I sent the drink back and then found out they did not even have the supplies to make me the drink I ordered in the first place. My overall meal was extremely dissatisfying. My silverware was even dirty. I’ve gone to this location many times and haven’t had this experience before. I brought this to the attention of the manager and she asked me why I had eaten the food and not sent it back.To begin, I tried to finish the lobster and potato’s but I did not even try to finish the brussel sprouts and that was the dish I was the most excited for. I had spent the whole day at the hospital with my grandpa and had not eaten all day. So, I simply wanted a nice drink and some surf and turf. I did not really get either. I received a meal; it just was not what I wanted from my order. I was just hungry. I didn’t want to wait for something else, for them to fix it, or even go somewhere else I was simply hungry, tired, and grieving. My husbands lobster baked potato was over cooked and the skin was not edible and the lobster with the lobster fest was not a clean eat. He had pieces of shell with his lobster and actually cut his lip. And an hour after being home he was feeling nauseous like he was going to throw up. Couldn’t get himself out of bed.The manager took off the brussel sprouts and gave a 10% discount but then proceeded to patronizingly and condescendingly communicate with me about it all with a smile on her face. I told her I appreciated the gesture but my concern was my experience. I walked out of the restaurant with both managers staring my husband and I down as we exited the building. As if we were less than because we were not satisfied and actually spoke up about it. I am so upset with my experience. Both managers were female, one was Caucasian with pink hair and the other an African American woman who was actually really lovely to communicate with and made sure I got a drink I would enjoy. I didn’t understand why she stared us out of the building. Our Server Spyros was wonderful and kept our table clean and checked in with us about our meal. But this lead manager really solidified how we would rather go to the Frisco location if we are going to continue to eat at Red Lobster. Probably won’t be back for a while to any location. But I left there hating the meal I had and the service I received from the lead face of the company. Whose job is overseeing the restaurant and its quality control. Which based on my personal experience was poorly done. When I tried to talk about it. I was incredibly respectful. I just wanted it known that it was not a good experience. When a customer complains about their experience it’s not the managers job to judge the customers - at least to the point that they can tell -You don’t know what it going on in someone’s life or what they are dealing with in the outside world and all I did was complain about the $125 experience we paid for. I didn’t need that today. Just genuinely did not need that. My husband made some extra money today and wanted to take me out to a “treat yo self” night.I’m just appalled and honestly my feelings are hurt.P.S spyros did great. And just for clarification the location I am referring to is the one off the service road of 75 going southbound in Plano just after the spring creek exit and right before Parker.
