Ok, so I've been saying customer service is dying out but my goodness, we came back and was seated with Keigan again and it was one of the best service experiences I've had. My husband and I had an amazing time and 50% of it was his positive attitude and the other 50% was the mushroom ravioli!

Best service, coming from a former employee of the company (waiter/singer). Love that this restaurant is still around and I hope it stays for many years to come. Missed being able to come to this warm and welcoming place. Ryanna was so helpful and nice during my time. My two waiters James and Reid were excellent. Definitely ask for them when visiting! Highly recommend this restaurant for the a true Italian Family Restaurant.

This is our "go-to" place for delicious Italian food in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. The tall ceilings, Italian inspired decor, and either Italian music or Frank Sinatra just make it a relaxing place to go where we won't be blasted with pop or rap music. You can enjoy your food, converse, slow down. We return often.

Well received staff and the waiter is extremely nice to come and ask me whether I need anything or not for couple of times. I ordered mama’s trio.I think it can be your go to choice if you want to taste 3 different things. I liked the chicken Parmesan the most and then comes the lasagna and fettuccine Alfredo. The order is super heavy and is easily sufficient for 2 people.

I seldom leave reviews, but my wife and I had a wonderful experience here last night, and I wanted to give a shout out to two of the people who made it so great.Our server, Nana, was awesome. She did such a great job paying attention to us, despite the restaurant being a little short on staff. She was very friendly and personable, and made our experience very pleasant.The manager on duty that evening, Rihanna, also went out of her way to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. It had apparently been a bit of a rough day, but she handled everything with poise and grace, and continued to make sure that we received fantastic service from herself and others.I'm also going to go out on a limb and mention that at the time we were there (April 2022), Nana is single, and would love to meet a good Christian man to start a life with. If you're out there reading this, and you feel prompted to meet this lovely young woman, you should definitely find a way to do so -- she's a real gem! Thoughtful, kind, friendly, intelligent, beautiful, and willing to act on promptings from the Spirit. We could tell that she is a great soul.

My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant for the very first time and our waitress was beyond amazing helping us finding something to eat and making us feel very comfortable there. Her name was Ryanna! She made us feel like we were actual friends of hers! Best server ever!! We will be requesting her the next time we come back!On top of our amazing service the place was beautiful and very clean. I honestly felt like we were under dressed ??

Worst experience ever. We are at the location on Park Ln in Plano. After we were seated we were told 45 minutes to an hour before we would get our food. It has now been well over an hour and kitchen staff is filling to go orders instead of the patrons in the restaurant. And the manager on the floor doesn't seem to care. They also continue to seat people knowing the wait time for food is well beyond an hour. This is completely unacceptable service. The to go orders should be halted and no one else should be seated until all current seated patrons have their meals. We will not be returning to Macaoni Grill. This was our first and last experience with this place.
I could sing praise for this amazing establishment from the roof tops if time permitted but I guess I can settle for a Google review to commend such an excellent staff for making my daughter’s birthday a completely unforgettable experience. I was blown away by the warm environment. Immediately the sweet hostess took us to our table and asked if we were celebrating anything, assuring me she would let my server know it was my daughters 21st birthday. This staff went above and beyond to deliver not only the best cosmo I’ve ever tasted but really made us feel like part of the family. The meal ended with free dessert and the server was even kind enough to light a candle on top. Overall one of the most personable and wonderful experiences I have had since Covid. We will definitely be coming back ASAP.

I like to try one new place once a month, and this place was incredible! Firstly, the staff was incredibly nice and made me feel very welcomed! Brandi did a great job of waiting on my table and even the other staff were very hands on and made sure my meal was perfect, this all made the experience even more enjoyable. I ordered the penne rustica and key lime pie was it amazing! I left that bowl clean! I am not a fan of prosciutto in pasta but everything in this dish paired so beautifully that I ate every last bit of that prosciutto! I highly recommend for delicious food, great ambience and amazing service

Came in Saturday afternoon for a lunch with my daughter, she ordered butter noodles and I had the Alfredo with chicken and a ceaser salad. brandi did a great job as our waitress
