We had an early dinner here. I ordered sweet and sour fish fillet, dimsum like crispy shrimp rolls and steamed shrimp, hagao. The hagao is bland, need to dip it in soy sauce to taste. The crispy shrimp rolls is delicious, but it's hard. I think it's left over from last night and they re-fry it. The sweet and sour sauce fish fillet taste good, but its too sweet. Service staff is nice and friendly. Well lighted and decorated restaurant. By the way, their jasmine tea is good, but for $5 a pot, I think that's pricey.

After coming here with my boyfriend, this has officially become my top dim sum restaurant to go to in the DFW area. The staff and owner are so welcoming, kind, and efficient with their service. Anytime we needed anything, they were right there to check on us and provide what we asked for. The inside is spacious and beautifully decorated. The booths are also very comfortable. The restroom is also clean and has a cool sink design. We ordered a large variety of dishes including clams in black bean sauce, eggrolls, beef shank and tripe in chili sauce, mala crawfish, Chinese broccoli, sticky cakes, and pork xiaolongbao. Everything was SO good and I am so excited to return when I'm in town again. I especially loved the crawfish and the beef shank and tripe in chili sauce, I could not stop thinking about these dishes in the days after. We also tried their homemade peanuts, which were served warm and fresh. The sticky cakes for dessert were also the perfect amount of sweet and chewy. I am incredibly excited to return when I'm back in town. They also have big round tables for larger parties to share food in the traditional Chinese way, which is awesome for when I want to bring friends.

I give it 4 stars for the food. Restaurant positioned itself incorrectly, upper scale food but low end decor! Take away Dimsim you can't compete and redecorate. Then you are talking! Otherwise it's difficult to compete.
