Absolutely Horrible!!!!Went here at about lunch time on 5/8/24, & while standing in line waiting to order, I saw the tall man with a gray baseball hat & black beard, ringing up customers & bagging up to-go orders. He then placed a customers receipt in his mouth, then bagged the order, & then taped the receipt to the bag. How DISGUSTING. Salata should check their video during this time & see the DISGUST for themselves.

Cute, quiet and empty place at the time I had gone. However the food tasted fresh. The juice selection was delicious as well!I bit off more than I could chew with the Caesar salad but it was sooooo good!

Thoroughly enjoyed my first experience with Salata!! i’ve been wanting to try this joint for a long while now & finally got a chance to while i was out on my one of my leisure strolls. all the ingredients were more than fresh & the dressings i happened to choose (lemon vinaigrette & herb vinaigrette) were more than delicious! i cannot wait to go back again!! there was once a salad chain called Hale & Hearty back in the east coast but i don’t know if it permanently closed or for an indefinite amount of time due to COVID so im more than ecstatic i found a new fave salad spot.

Two young people, an African American woman and a boy with Chinese hair, attended to us:Making faces at us and making fun of us!It's the first time that this happens to us!They are very, very rude to be providing customer service!!Because of these young people we will not return.

Lots of choices, they win this hands down! But, they cut everything so small that all the tastes blend together and the salad doesn't taste like anything. Nice facility that has a fresh design and is clean. The staff were friendly. Conveniently located. Competitively priced.

When I tell you AHMazing it’s awesome.. the biggest freshest salad I’ve ever had.., the staff Carolyn, Gary, Diovanni were so nice and professional. Great restaurant I have a new favorite place. Oh the fresh baked chips are the delicious.

Staff is amazing!! Asked how my day was, please talk so we had fresh salad, made sure they heard my order correctly, and overall very pleasant. Love that there is not a minimum and maximum toppings and you can pile on as many as you like. They have lots of variety something for everyone and overall it's a pretty good bang for your buck. The salted pita chips give just enough salty, crunch, and car but to the meal. The fun teas are also tasty. The place was pretty empty when we went late on a Friday night. Highly recommended!

Love Salata & I've been having it so much recently & today during my break from real estate classes on Saturday, I went to the Plano location on Preston & Park & Izzy was so helpful & courteous! If you're wanting a very healthy fast lunch or dinner highly encourage trying Salata & really like the layout of this location!!
