I did not want to write this review, but this is my only way to communicate with a warning to others.Since 2014/2015, the first time I went to this restaurant, I had gotten a bowl of tonkasu ramen. I really enjoyed the ramen so much that I often went to grab a bowl on my lunch break or for my dinner. I only specifically got the tonkasu because it was very flavorful, and the ambiance was enjoyable. However, after covid-19 happened, this restaurant was closed and wasn't open for a long time. In the recent 2 to 4 years, the restaurant seamed off and not a good environment or was closed for some reason of the prior times l went to this restaurant. What really bothered me is that when my fiance and I attempted to go in to eat before we could even take a seat we had a strong and gross oder of sewage smell that we couldn't stay we had to leave. However, tonight, unfortunately, will be my last time. Do not kid yourself of the food. I had gotten my usual ramen bowl, and tonight, it was gross. It was overly salty and bland and didn't have any good feelings. My fiance wanted a stir-fried meal but was told they ran out. The chicken kung pow rice bowl. There was NO flavor! Don't waste your money coming here. The person who took our order was very sour and unfriendly, seaming bothered that we even came to order. The other person who came in to grab a 3 party order was about to grab the online order, but was u able to read the name. The 3rd party customer came up to the other guy who was immediately aggressive or agitated about the 3rd party person coming to ask for help to make sure he was going to grab the right order. The guy who took our order didn't even come up to us once to make sure our food was good. If he did, I would have immediately and, unfortunately have said no about the food being anywhere near good and shouldn't have paid.Very and extremely disappointedAs a long-term customer, I won't come back.

The Taiwanese cuisine is pretty good. The only strange thing is that the squid is actually used for the fly head. I will try it again if I have the chance.

If you are getting to go, then the food is good. Good portions, nice flavors. Buttttt the inside is nasty! On the way to the restroom, food and mess all down the hall. Bathroom smells like sewer pipe. Floors are sticky in the restaurant. Looks like the place needs a whole lot of tlc. Lackluster service.

Okay, this is my secret to go place. If you want some authentic and cheap and high quality Chinese food, go here. Warning, skip all American/ ramen menu part. I have not taste that portion, but feel free to try, it’s just that I would strongly recommend the chief special page till the end.

We came to eat lunch on a Saturday after our eye exams. My oldest daughter looked through Yelp and wanted to try Sapporo Ramen & Grill. When we first walked in- I was nervous because of the way the inside of the restaurant looked. I honestly thought we would eat at this place and get sick. The inside of this place is doing this restaurant absolutely no favors!!! None of that actually matters once you take the first bite of food at Sapporo!! We ordered edamame, fried dumplings, chicken fried rice, miso ramen, and spicy beef ramen. We have eaten at so many different ramen places and this place is now our #1 go to for ramen. The food you guys is outstanding and the service was great!!

They give the most generous portions vs any place that I know.

Worst service attitude I’ve ever seen. I came in and the first question they asked me was what I was doing there. The whole place is dark and dirty, makes people feel uncomfortable.

Came in with a group of friends and at the end we were all charged on one ticket. There should be an option to split the ticket individually. One friend got extra beef in their ramen and we all got double charged for everyone else who didn’t get that. Food is good tho and the portions are great. The waiter did actively fill our water and I did appreciate that. I think service just needs a little work.

Food was excellent. The pork belly ramen was very good as was the fried tofu with sweet/spicy sauce. I only deducted one star as it was pretty hot inside.

This is what you called a hidden gem! The foods were amazing with delicious flavors and tenderized meats! I have had a lot of ramen in my days, but this place absolutely on my top 3 favorite ramen restaurants! My friend and I ordered the Sapporo Butter and the Spicy Beef which I totally recommend to those who are considering to come and eat.

The food is Amazing. OMG!! One of the best ramen I have tasted around Dallas the only down side is the inside looks horrendous and seriously need more attention but honestly once the food come out all of doesn't even matter because you will get blown away from the food 10/10 would recomend

Cashier recommended #1, so I decided to order it. Slight bitterness and burnt taste in the broth. Meat was ok, egg was not runny. Bean sprouts did not jive with the other vegetables and noodles in the bowl.
