Andrea is correct. Do not use delivery service, and check your order thoroughly when using take out. Missing or incorrect items are a problem.Egg rolls are more "Spring" than egg. Tiny vienna sausage sized deep fried dough with a tiny amount of cabbage.The fried rice side dish is just rice. No onion, eggs or carrots or seasoning

Got the chicken and shrimp lo mein 10/10! Beef fried rice 10/10. The portions and prices are awesome! Excellent fix for late night Chinese take out.

The worst Chinese food in Plano, the Dallas and Mesquite locations are great but the location in Plano is horrible, plus they got my order wrong plus the lady told me that the fried rice was in the fridge and we cannot deliver it now.....pathetic and the meat is something strange. I will never order from this location again.

After receiving a few Skillman Wok menus in the mail, I decided to finally give it a try. Their delivery communication is spot-on, but I was disappointed by the food. The chicken is under done, the beef is over cooked, and the noodles were tough. The meals were large portions, but all of the food lacked flavor. Only took a few bites before putting it down. Definitely not worth the delivery costs.

While running errands, I saw this location in the same plaza as the Plano Post Office and thought to stop for a quick grab of food (appetizers) while on the go. I had ordered Fried Crab Rangoon and Fried Dumplings at the counter which would be prepared and ready in 5 minutes. Food was hot and ready as promised. Now while my food was quick and hot appetizers and not a dish or meal, I can say that they were good, crispy hot apps. This was a good to go food pick up.
Heard from several people that Skillman Wok is great for basic, Americanized Chinese food, and that's what we wanted last night. We ordered egg drop soup, orange chicken, and some appetizers. To start with the good: the food was hot and tasted fine. Nothing special, but what we wanted and expected from this meal. However: I looked at the same order via GrubHub, DoorDash, and Skillman Wok's own website, and determined that I could leave the largest tip for the lowest total price by ordering directly from the restaurant. We try to do this anyway when possible, because we want to directly support restaurants!I got a confirmation email that my food would be delivered at 7:01pm, in about 20 minutes. That's fast, so I figured it might be more like 25-30 minutes. But when we hadn't seen or heard anything in 45 minutes, I gave them a call. They said they hadn't even begun the order because they "didn't get a call about it." I said I had ordered directly through their website and they seemed confused, but said the meal would arrive soon. We ended up having a couple more phone conversations before the food did finally arrive 65 minutes after it was "scheduled" to, 90+ minutes after placing the order. It was clear that they don't monitor their website ordering system and expect orders to come in via third-party services. Which is fine, but in that case, REMOVE the online ordering feature from the website! It was a big hassle, and disappointing to experience when we were doing our best to get more money directly to the business.

The first 5 times we ordered I would give them 5 stars. By far our go to place. But the last two orders there has been an issue. Once they completely forgot the rice and this time it was the wrong rice. It’s like the attention to detail is fading. I order through Menufy.
