I come here all the time, but it was the employee tonight who convinced me to review. I came in late with honestly a ridiculous smoothie order with four smoothies.Staff working was so kind about it and prepared them in a timely manner. She was quick in cleaning up a spill, sanitizing the area and replacing the order.I will continue to come back and enjoy my before work smoothies!

Slowest service ever came dec 10 at 4:30pm instead of doing my drinks and bowls they taking in a different language they moved like turtles no welcoming or even a hello they just there to get paid don’t care about clients my drinks was ready and just needed to be put in a cup instead they talking and washing dishes instead of attending me and then they could washed dishes i was the only person there and they acted like it was 10 people before me that’s how slow they worked

The smoothie part of it is good, but omg, the person who was taking my order was so disrespectful. I came in for my birthday, and decided to use my reward and they were very aggressive and failed to help me out when i asked questions. I believe the persons name might be katherine but I may be wrong. I was very upset because of how the treated me.

As the name says Island Impact, it tastes really good and has everything that I like in it with mangos and pineapples and is very refreshing for this summer weather.

My son loves smoothie king! Seems a little pricey for what it is, but I keep coming back because he loves it.

They messed up my order real bad

This is definitely one of the most disappointing experiences I've had thus far at a Smoothie King location and will probably NEVER visit or recommend this location again or at all. First, walking in and going to the order line where no one was waiting but an employee was standing, she nor her counterpart bothered to acknowledge me or anyone else that walked in. Now, the most basic, elementary, first rule of thumb for customer service/sales is to greet the customer within the first 30 seconds. One is much more patient to wait should this rule be followed. However, standing within a foot of the young lady at the register, it was not until I practically stared a hole in her head did she offer a short "hello." I finally place my order, pay with the app using a reward for a free new- addition-to-the-menu smoothie that was good for that day only. Two more people walk in and another complains about her drink and asks to have it remade. After waiting longer than anyone of these patrons that placed their orders AFTER mine of which was the smallest order, I brought it up to the staff. The young lady that had began my order left it for the other one to pour and when I made my comment of still not receiving my drink even after people that ordered theirs after me, I was met with a "she had to mix it 5 times, it's a new drink." NO APOLOGY FOR WAITING. Yet, as i mentioned, the drink had just been sitting there to be poured into the cup! To add insult to injury, the drink was STILL not mix properly and contained several ice shards that were not blended. What a waste of a reward and opportunity to make this another Smoothie King favorite. Clearly, proper training is needed at this location.

It’s a Friday night, location says it closes at 10pm— on google & on the door. When I came in at 9:10pm the lady that attended to me asked me to order quickly because they were “already closed” I was confused but I got my order in. Then with everyone that tried to come in, she turned them all away saying they were closed. She also was very frantic about the “open” light still being on. After I brought up the fact that it clearly reads on the door that it closes at 10pm and brought up google also says 10pm, she dismissed it and closed shop anyway and turned away all the customers. Something needs to be adjusted, training of the employees or at least the hours on your door & google page.
