I had been trying to place an order through Postmates for like half of the day and it was not taking it. I called about 10 times and got Vernon every time and let me tell you! I am so happy I did! He provided the best customer experience I have had in a very long time!!! He was so kind and patient with me. Even if the cupcakes were just OKAY, which they weren’t, they were phenomenal. I would still give them my business, because of Vernon! My order ended up being through Uber Eats which he suggested and then he sent it out to be delivered to me and packaged it beautifully with a very sweet and genuine card! He had no idea but I actually had been having a really bad few weeks and his kindness and effort could not have come at a more perfect time. You never know how one encounter no matter how small it might be can really make a difference! Thank you so much Vernon! You are an amazing light!

So disappointed! These were the worst cupcakes I have ever eaten. They were dry and tasteless. I could of made a better cupcake from a box and it would of been a whole lot cheaper.

Cute shop and friendly staff. This was my first time trying a cupcake from here. I got the red velvet thinking one of the most popular would be fresh and delicious… eh. It was dry - like crunchy around the edges. Never had a crunchy cupcake before and don’t think I will repeat the experience. ?? flavor was okay but overall it felt like an old cupcake.

Such an embarrassing sight to see a grown man in a ridiculously humiliating costume.The staff's reaction was priceless – they burst into laughter the moment he waddled through the door. Mitch, never one to shy away from a bit of fun, took it up a notch by doing the chicken dance right there in the shop. Watching him flap his 'wings' and shuffle around, all while trying to maintain his composure, was hilariously entertaining. The other customers couldn't help but join in the laughter, creating a wonderfully light-hearted atmosphere.But let's not forget about the cupcakes – oh, the cupcakes! They were absolutely divine. Each one was a little piece of heaven, perfectly moist and topped with the most delectable frosting. The variety of flavors meant there was something for everyone, and each bite was better than the last. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided helpful instructions on how to store the product upon pickup. Despite the flavor hiccup, their service was appreciated. ?️?
