Horrible service! My husband and I went there and sat at a table. Waitresses never acknowledged us but they sure had to chat and drink their drinks. After being ignored for 15 minutes we left!!!!! Service means a lot!

Parkway tavern is the neighborhood spot to grab a few, play some pool and has a super fun and friendly crowd- absolutely recommend it!

It's a BBQ joint, with a sports bar appearance and a laid back casual dining experience. On Friday nights they have the best Karaoke DJ in DFW, bar none! On Friday night it is standing room only by 11pm with regulars waiting to sing or just out dining and enjoying the music. The only thing missing is more waitresses. It is so busy you have to be patient with the food and drink service.

This place was amazing... the service and the food were exceptional. I am new to the area and always like to find hidden gems and this is one by far. I had the brisket sandwich for lunch then drug my husband back for an after dinner drink all in one day! I think I've found my local spot! Thank you everyone for making me feel at home.

horrible place to go if you want to go later at night, we went at 10 pm and had to walk behind the bar to get any service, plus there was 2 bar fights while i was there from 10-1:30 and the bartender shoved the bill in our face without asking at 1:30, i get you close at 2, but last call??? horrible service

I always look for independent, neighborhood places to eat. Today, I found a gem! Definitely has a bar feel but don't let that scare you off. This sandwich was piled high with smoky and flavorful pulled pork. Charro beans are as good as I ever had. Sauce was sweet and was a perfect accompaniment to the pork although it was unnecessary. Cold Yuengling beer, gorgeous bartender, local crowd. Try this place.

Great service. Good food. Patio dining And a ton of TVs for sports watching. I am not sure but I believe they have Dj's on the weekend and I thought I saw a pool table in the back but don't hold me to it. It's a great little casual spot for beers and bar food They also have a small wine list and a full bar. Plenty of parking as it is in the same lot as whiskey cake and sixty vines along the back strip mall I've always had fast friendly service from the bartender but unfortunately I never got her name. Seems to have a loyal local following and with good reason

What a crowd, what a dump... if you are missing any front teeth, then you will love this bar. If you are still wearing styles from when you were in high school in the 60's or 70s, then you will love this bar. If a Big Mac and fries are a daily staple in your diet, then you will love this bar. What a motley crew. What a run down tired looking and stanky bar. What poor service. Also, they do not promote a COVID safe environment. Nobody in the place were wearing masks. We thought we'd stop in for some takeout to help support a local business, but we just don't fit in.
Went for lunch with the kids. It's the dive bar we've been looking for since we moved to Dallas two years ago. Great fries and burgers. Hubs got bbq and he loved it. Kids even ate their quesadillas which is a miracle. Bartender was the only one there (guy whose name started with a D!) and he was super nice and attentive. Definitely going to be regulars.

Our bartender was absolutely amazing!! Heather came and checked on every table and she was the only one working the bar. She truly was amazing. This place is a hidden Jem. Everyone come and ask for heather you won't be disappointed

Stoped by for a quick beer & a snack order potato wedges as an appetizer was really filling and good, jalapeños not hot at all sadly. Cool little hangout spot with a pool table, space was chill.

Best BBQ ever, I'm so sorry... Only because once you taste this food you wont ever want to stop coming here! BBQ is sooo good. smoked turkey is fire!! must come here. bartenders are all kind, and remember all the customers. My good friend Lala & I come to Parkway tavern & get food/drinks all the time. I love this place so much & I only have good things to say about it. I've been here more than a dozen times, and I always leave happy! Some of the bad reviews are shocking.. maybe someone just had a bad day?
