I come here every morning and it’s happened 2 times now. A employee with blond her always backs up the store. How is it possible I have to wait 10 min for a drink that said would be made at 7:13 not just once but twice. I would like to return to better service eventually.

Today I went to Starbucks and Ruby treated me so nice! She was so sweet and she was super fast! Great service and she’s the coffee queen because every time she does my drinks they’re so good and she’s always smiling!

Slowest, most unorganized location I've ever been to. 30mins just so they can say " someone must have stolen your drink". Their "pick up" system is unorganized. I've seen other locations with dividers that are alphabetical for easy pick-up. This location, you have to scramble through many orders to see which one is yours. Horrible setup.
Went in this morning and ordered an iced pumpkin cream chia and what I got was milk water. It’s not drinkable and I just wasted $8 on nastiness. Very disappointed as the pumpkin chia is my favorite and I was really looking forward to it. Since I went in the store and left for work I can’t go back to get it fixed or money back so idk what to do beside leave a review. #sorrynotsorry

Went to this Starbucks at this location today 8/12/23 at 11:30 AM and they seemed short staffed with only two people working which I was understand however the 2 young ladies had a lobby full of customers waiting 15-20 minutes for their drink orders while they chatted with two bikers standing at the counter.They seemed more interested in talking than working!I finally asked about my order after waiting forever and it was behind the counter by the coffee machine!?? I am incredibly disappointed with the very poor service and professionalism

Literally had 15 people all waiting for online orders and the two baristas were just standing and talking/laughing with one another.... no one making drinks. It felt like no one knew how to do their job or were just choosing not to.
