I ordered ahead on the app to the wrong location (it was very very early in the morning!) and they were incredibly patient with me and made my drinks at this location and didn't make me feel stupid or bad about my mistake.They were extremely prompt and very kind! Terrell is SO AMAZING! He was so wonderful to my mom and I after having a really troublesome experience trying to access her birthday reward on her account with online customer service. The older man at the drive thru is always so rude. I ordered a size Venti and was given a Grande. When I mentioned I ordered a Venti not a grande his reply was, "well here is says grande". Like sir I understand your screen shows grande but I'm telling you I ordered a Venti. It really wouldn't of been a big deal if he weren't so rude about it and didn't even offer to make it right. All he said was "well"...Main reason why I try not to visit this location anymore.

I sat down getting ready for a nice quiet Sunday work session on my laptop. The person that was cleaning the floor at 6 PM started pulling the chairs out from the tables. SCREECH!! The clatter and scraping was so loud I almost jumped out of my seat. I had to leave. It was extremely unpleasant. The store wasn’t closing until 9 PM but he made that floor cleaning a nightmare!

This location just does not know how to make a medicine ball! All they do is mix the two tea's and they don't add any honey or any lemonade (which makes the drink). I guess they think no one will notice. I've given them multiple chances and I'm just done I won't be going back.
