They just can't make a Frappuccino correct. Coffee frap with whip, and now I have to order light ice. Crazy!! Otherwise, it tastes like watered-down coffee . GO BACK TO THE OLD FRAPPACINO MIX THAT WAS PRE-MADE!

I come to this location often and have never had any issues recently my family came and ordered drinks and we all immediately noticed the drinks tasting different, I’ve worked at Starbucks before and no exactly how the drinks are made and taste. When I brought out order back kindly asking what happened I was told that I was in the wrong was not allowed a refund and they would only remake 1/4 drinks despite them all being completely undrinkable. Ridiculous.

Wow… this used to be my favorite location but it has seriously gone down in the past few months. The drive thru now takes forever, and when you go inside the store is covered in boxes leaving no standing room for people waiting on drinks. The baristas are stressed, but always somehow very nice and pleasant. nothing is organized. I see the manager in the lobby not even caring about her stressed employees or the clutter. I won’t continue to buy an overpriced latte to support a business that doesn’t seem to care about employees or customers. Bad management has RUINED this location SHAME ON YALL!!!!!

I've tried several times to allow this location to prove itself wrong. After time, they continue to mess up my order. I pay a lot of money for this coffee and the fact that people can't read and follow directions is a problem. They lack attention to detail when it comes to making customers coffee very disappointed.

Baristas very nice. Been coming in a few days and I keep noticing a big pile of boxes next to windows, maybe management should do something about that - store seems to be lacking in overall management like the manager is not present.

Believe it or not this was not a very good first impression. Until now I have decided against spending such a large amount of money on a cup of coffee. It was the middle of the day and I really wanted coffee. (Not sure why because it was 105° outside). Ordered a medium something, went to pay, and was immediately told they would not break a hundred.

Order just a regular brew coffee, with cream and sugar, and they couldn't even get that right , no sugar and maybe a drop of cream

Drive-thru service is always quick and efficient. The window staff are super nice, and the lattes, coffees, and breakfast sandwiches are always on point.

JORDAN the lady at drive thru is a BEAST! I had a mess up on my drink and she was kind enough to re make it and gave me great customer service! Starbucks is lucky to have an employee like her! THANK YOU AGAIN JORDAN!

I had the worst experience at this Starbucks I place my order online and go through the drive through well this particular day I got out so I could use their bathroom. I walk in no greeting which is unusual for a Starbucks but I blew it off as them being busy well I come out the rest room and I notice everyone who walks in the door is getting a greeting, so I just stand and wait on my drink while I’m standing by a table one of the workers come from behind the counter and decide she wants to wipe down the table I’m standing at no excuse me or nothing very forceful and rude so finally my drink is done the barista throws it on the counter and say nothing. Worse experience ever I’ll go out my way to get coffee before I ever come her again

I order on the app so it cuts down on my interactions with the staff. I will say that when I pick up via the drive thru, everyone is upbeat, happy to see me and they get my order correct. I visit this location several times each month and the people who know me are always great. The ones who don't always make an effort to ask how my day is going and make a little small talk.It is a fast paced place but I never feel rushed or dismissed. Not only do I get my favorite coffee drinks but I always leave with a smile. I'll keep coming back!
