Visiting from out of town and went this location on b2b days. First day they can't make 2 of the 3 drinks we want. 2nd day we get 'Marty's' late instead of our black dark roast. Light ice on another drink I guess means fill it half full of ice. I've gotten to the point of only hitting Starbucks when on vacation. There is no way that coffee drinks that are more expensive than beer and not made correctly half the time are in anyway a value. Starbucks may have record profits but they won't be coming from me anymore.

after getting a cold espresso when I ordered it hot, found a hair clinging on to the inside of my coffee. Although the barista asked if she wanted to redo the coffee, I did say no so that it didn’t go to waste.. however next time I’ll just get what I actually ordered. Good morning.

This Starbucks is by far the fastest service with no wait time. Always friendly, and gets me in and out quick!
I was really excited when I saw that this location was going up so close to my house.however I feel the service has gone downhill in the last month or so because at least once a week they get my order wrong like today.I order a venti blonde vanilla latte with whole milk. I know how much this drink costs so when I get to the window and he tells me it's less than what I know it's supposed to be I repeated myself three times to make sure the drink was right.He confirmed it was correct however on my very first sip I knew they messed it up.Didn't go back to have it fixed because it is just not worth itOnly bright spot as of late is Jessica

10 out of 10. Rebecca is a superstar. Emily also a rockstar. Training Lola who is really coming along well.Food & drinks were spot on. Wife’s drink, Carmel crunch Frappuccino is a bit complex but they nailed it. My peach green tea iced was perfect.I’m such a fan of this location!!!Clean, bright and well trained and courteous team.
