This Starbucks is convenient and the staff are friendly, but be prepared to be waiting in line for 10-15 minutes for a drink. I usually bring a good book in the car to get some reading done.

Best starbucks I've been to. They have recently moved down the street, but the core staff is the same. They are extremely nice and personal, efficient, and consistent!!! My coffee always tastes the same, and is great.I've had Starbucks the past 12 years every morning, have been to countless, and I can say this is still my favorite location.Great job!!!

I don't come to Starbucks very often but the staff at this location is super friendly. I had ordered in the app a few minutes before I got here and the guy was working on an order that was placed before mine and he said he would get mine and I told him to take his time. I heard another employee tell customers after they left to have a good day and the employee that made my order let another customer know that they would be moving to the new location soon. The custom service here is fabulous. I can tell that the employees really like their jobs. My iced coffee was super delicious.

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks location! The drinks are always made perfectly, the employees are so friendly and kind, and it’s just run very well! I hope when they move to the new location they keep the same employees because they are gold!

they got my order wrong- no problem, it happens, but what really got me is when I was sitting at the high top table I got sprayed up and down with mocha drizzle (casualties included laptop, cell phone and white sweater)…left sweeter than when I came in ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I really hate to leave this 1-star review, because the employees have been great for the past couple years I have been going here, but I won't be coming anymore. The past couple times I have come here, parts of my order have been late and I have had to wait 10 minutes past when my mobile order said it would be complete. I understand on busier days, but there were only a couple of people in the dining room, and mobile drink orders were coming out pretty fast (my drink was already done prior to my arrival, but my food was not.) I have seen this older lady a couple of times, I believe she is a manager or director for starbucks, but she has been very distracting to the employees each time I see her and they made her food order immediately after her asking when I had already been waiting 5 minutes, and I saw that they still hadn't made mine. She also had made another customer uncomfortable by asking why their parent's named them that name (she gave her name to the barista when checking out) and what her name meant, and even after the girl tried to shut down the conversation, this lady kept trying to talk to her. Thankfully, one of the employees made her croissant quickly, so the girl could leave. I ended up asking for a refund on my food because I had to go to work. The employee who gave me a refund was super nice and quick about it. This manager is very entitled and clearly does not care about her employees falling behind to cater to her, especially during the busiest time in the morning. Not a great way to run a starbucks.

The last week I stopped in twice for a mocha and once for coffee. All drinks were VERY watered down and weak as compared to my previous visits. I’ll try another location to determine if this is a company decision or just a bad location, but I will never come back here.
They really don’t know how to treat people…. Evan is the most rude person I ever meet.

no vayas a las 6:50 pm porque si llegas a esa hora y tratas de tomar un café tranquilo te corren y te sacan con una actitud con la que nunca hubieses pensado que alguien te trataría. Hay una señora trabajando ahí con nombre Evan "creo", y es de lo más grosera me saco a mi y a mis amigas gritándonos y con una actitud que solamente podríamos pensar que ella estaba descriminandonos. debería Starbucks estar más al pendiente de entrenar al personal para que puedan ser aptos de tratar a un ser humano. y poder explicar con modos si ellos tienen esa política de sacar a la gente a la hora de serrar. cuál es de muy mal gusto. en lo personal no lo entiendo. y menos de corrernos como lo hizo esa mujer.Don't go at 6:50 pm because if you arrive at that time and try to have a coffee, they run you and take you out with an attitude with which you would never have thought someone would treat you. There is a lady working there with the name Evan "I think", and she is the most rude I take out of me and my friends yelling at us and with an attitude that we could only think that she was decriminating us.Starbucks should be more aware of training the staff so that they can be able to treat a human being. and be able to explain with ways if they have that policy of taking people out when it comes to sawing. which is in very bad taste. personally I don't understand it. and less of running like that woman did.

I will only go to this location. I love the staff. They are so friendly and they know me by now. They already know what I wanna order which is so fun. Jessica and Linda are amazing. They are so fun. They deserve a raise but everybody there is just so sweet and caring. Thank you to this whole staff for making me feel special! Love always your red car friend.

How about an American flag or no flag at all? Won't be coming back as long as I have to stare at that flag. Black Rifle coffee is better anyway.
