I'm addicted to coughing Starbucks has good coffee but this particular location they always seem to run out of everything they can't keep enough product in stock it seems to run out too often it is a very busy place.

Highly would not recommend this location, baristas unknowledgeable regarding questions on the menu, price differences from order menu to when they scan my card, not receiving what I ordered even when I blatantly said I don't want that, that's not what I ordered.Gave this location a chance today. Never again.

Read it over 10 minutes my pick up time on the mobile order. They seem to cater to the walk-in traffic over the mobile orders. Food was cold. Avoid this location at all costs!

Service is horrible. Ordered coffee and cup of ice to cool the coffee. Now, the register person gave me the coffee right off, then I was waiting for the cup of ice for awhile so I asked the barista. She was very short and said the cup of ice was in line with the rest of the drinks. I’ve lived in Chicago and everywhere else and have to say it’s literally the first time that’s happened. Ice is in the line. It wasn’t just the idiotic explanation. It’s the attitude and expressionless deadness. I don’t think she liked her job or she didn’t like the customer. I mean you pick. After saying that, it’s not like I got the ice I had to wait some more. I noticed majority of the customer service is slower in Texas. I don’t know if it’s because it’s the heat slowing down the people or they’re just slow.

We walked in and they were really rude, no greeting or anything. Every time I tried to talk to them they’re rude and dismissive. Despite repeating the order, communicating and apologizing for my mistake while giving the order, they got my order wrong.
